Production machine is a crucial thing to be taken care of in order to keep the production flow stays in the right time, therefore maintenance management is needed. PT. XYZ is a manufacturing company that produces cables. One of the machines that are used and often experiences downtime is the drawing machine. Preventive Maintenance handling interval schedule could be designed by using Reliability Centered Maintenance II method. There are several ways for the data processing, which are FMEA calculation, RCM II Diagram Decision Worksheet, TTF and TTR parameter calculation, determining the correct distribution using Least Square Curve Fitting and Goodness of Fit, MTTF and MTTR calculation, reliability comparation between the conditions before and after the Preventive Maintenance is implemented, cost savings comparation between the condition before and after the maintenance is done. This research proves that interval 3 formulation with the Pay Off for 361 hours, Dancer for 327 hours, and Double Spooler for 174 hours would enhance the reliability of Pay Off to 52%, so could it to Dancer (to 57%) and Double Spooler (75%). It also proves that by implementing Preventive Maintenance with the formulated interval and the result of RCM II Decision Worksheet indicators would produce in cost savings for the Pay Off part to 25,96%, the Dancer to 35,1%, and Double Spooler to 53,52%.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis seberapa besar manfaat langsung hutan mangrove di Desa Pagatan Besar Kabupaten Tanah Laut Kalimantan Selatan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Mei sampai November 2021, penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer dikumpulkan melalui pengambilan data dengan petak sampel dan wawancara dengan masyarakat. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Data sekunder dikumpulkan antara lain dari buku, jurnal, dan Kantor Desa Pagatan Besar. Data-data yang dikumpulkan dari lapangan dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif dan kuantitatif. Berdasarkan hasil yang diperoleh dari kawasan ekosistem hutan mangrove di Desa Pagatan Besar yang mempunyai luas ± 30 ha menemukan bahwa nilai manfaat langsung yang didapatkan oleh masyarakat terdiri atas nilai manfaat ikan, kepiting, katuyung, kayu komersil, pendidikan, penelitian, dan ekowisata. Nilai ekonomi manfaat langsung sebesar Rp1.174.238.329,00 per tahun yang terdiri dari nilai pemanfaatan ikan sebesar Rp6.375.000,00 per tahun, Katuyung sebesar Rp6.500.000,00 per tahun, dan Kepiting sebesar Rp171.600.000,00 per tahun. Nilai Manfaat kayu komersil sebesar Rp33.663.329,00 per tahun, nilai manfaat pendidikan sebesar Rp161.000.000,00 per tahun, penelitian sebesar Rp23.000.000,00 per tahun, dan Ekowisata sebesar Rp772.100.000,00 per tahun. Nilai ekonomi manfaat langsung ini dapat dijadikan acuan atau dasar pembanding bagi masyarakat dan pemerintah dalam menentukan kebijakan pengelolaan dan pemanfaatan hutan mangrove yang ada.
Delay is a common problem in project. In case of building project, the delay in project completion means that the user has to pay penalty corresponding to contractual agreement with the host. The construction of the Seberida Metering Station Engineering Procurement Construction & Commissioning (EPCC) project has been delayed. Based on the project’s physical progress scheduling report. The user demanded by the host to complete the project on time. One solution that can be done to overcome the project delay is to accelerate the duration of the project. However, the acceleration of the duration must be carefully calculated so that the project can be completed on time and the additional costs incurred as a consequence of reducing the duration do not swell. This Research uses the Time Cost Trade Off (TCTO) method as a solution to overcome delays, namely the method of scheduling projects by exchanging time and costs. From the results of the analysis with the Time Cost Trade Off method, it was found that the construction of the Metering Station was accelerated for 50 days, from the total duration of the project which normally takes 180 days to 130 days with an additional cost of $ 80,047.01.
