PT Fast Food Indonesia Tbk, Pematangsiantar Branch, methods for processing goods and food stuffs do not have adequate applications so that to monitor the expenditure of goods and foodstuffs Stock Control must check every day the amount of goods and food items that come out. Where as to make a month-end report of goods and food ingredients must count one by one the goods and food ingredients so that it requires considerable time and energy. Often the recording of goods and food supplies is in between the physical stock and computer inventory that results in losses incurred by the employees of the company. Then a system renewal is needed at PT Fast Food Indonesia Tbk, Pematangsiantar Branch. With the renewal of the system, it is expected to be able to assist in the calculation of goods and monitor the items so that at the end of the month there are no items between the physical stock and the inventory at the computer.
The focus of the study was to analize the strategy of developing district as the centre of economic growth with One District One Product principle by formulating the accurate strategy in planning the development of district with One District One Product principle in Mukomuko District of Bengkulu. The existing unbalanced development and regional gap made the study important. The method used in the study was descriptive qualitative and explorative within 15 districts of Mukomuko, Bengkulu. Data collecting was done by interview, observation, documentation, triangulation (Forum Groups Discussion), and using quantitative analysis measurement (scalogram, LQ, MRP, Overlay, and interaction).The result of the study showed 5 (five) districts as economic growth and regional development in Mukomuko District of Bengkulu, namely: (1) District of Mukomuko City, (2) District of Lubuk Pinang, (3) District of Penarik, (4) District of Pondok Suguh, and (5) District of Ipuh. Featured products of each sub-district determined by the potential of natural resources and Gross Domestic Regional Product as featured commodities of One District One Product were: rice commodity, cattle, chicken, rubber, salt-water fish, Kelong shrimp, Soka crab, galian c (quarry), Mingkih fish, tofu/tempe, and Pandan Wangi Beach tourism. Competitive Strategy and ASOCA Analysis were used to formulate the strategy to develop district as economic growth centre.
Pariwisata menjadi salah satu penggerak devisa negara. Sektor ini juga menjadi sektor yang paling gampang dalam membuka lapangan kerja. Wisata halal menjadi jenis wisata yang mulai berkembang di Indonesia tetapi sudah menjadi trend dan menjadi salah satu pemenuhan gaya hidup saat ini. Kabupaten Solok merupakan salah satu Kabupaten di Sumatera Barat yang menjadi salah satu destinasi wisata halal di Indonesia. Momentum wisata halal yang ada di Sumatera Barat ternyata belum menjadi fokus utama bagi masyarakat Kabupaten Solok, hal ini terbukti kurangnya partisipasi masyarakat khususnya pada sektor akomodasi. Hal ini terbukti bahwa ketersediaan akomodasi tidak sebanding dengan pertumbuhan wisatawan yang masuk ke Kabupaten Solok. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis kuantitatif dengan menggunakan 193 responden. Analisis statistik menggunakan Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) Versi 16.0 dan menggunakan metode Analisis Faktor. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan faktor dominan dalam mengangkat partisipasi masyarakat dalam pengembangan wisata halal di Kabupaten Solok yaitu budaya yang kuat menjadi landasan pengetahuan wisata serta kekuatan ekonomi yang memadai.
Abstract Child-Friendly City (CFC) is a National Program mandated by Law number 35 the year 2014 concerning Protection of Child. The development of the CFC aims to make various efforts to fulfill children's rights in a holistic and integrated. CFC development has been carried out in the city of Bengkulu, but at the same time, there are still various child problems in the city of Bengkulu. The purpose of this study was to find out how the program’s Implementation effectively, which refers to indicators of implementation. This research is qualitative research with a descriptive method using an inductive approach. The technique in collecting data uses interview, observations, and documentation techniques. The results of the study indicate the development of Child-Friendly City in Bengkulu City has been going well. It has been stipulated that regional regulations on child protection and fulfillment of children's rights are the main points in the development of CFC in Bengkulu City. Although there are still some obstacles to human resources and limited facilities, it does not make the development of the CFC experiencing significant obstacles.
