The quality of human resources has become a vital aspect in the development of Islamic education institutions in particular. Almost every leading school has a design to improve the quality of human resources, bearing in mind that this aspect is the key to the birth of a quality generation. Learn from the Saleh Children's Foundation in improving the quality of human resources as a non-LPI general education institution to become one of the leading primary and early childhood education institutions in Indonesia. adi therein are Elementary Schools and Age Education. The two schools became role models of Islamic school-based management in line with the ideals of reform and independence. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research method with a case study approach with a multicase design. The results of this study are: improving the quality of teachers in early childhood education programs (PAUD) Anak Saleh through internal workshops and seminars which are held every Saturday. Its activities are based on output in the form of scientific work, and outcomes in the form of student and parent handbooks (news stories and prayers). While improving the quality of administrative and non-administrative education staff through collaborative activities with government agencies and non-government organizations.
Cuci tangan merupakan salah satu tindakan yang mudah dan murah untuk mencegah penyebaran penyakit. Tangan sendiri justru seringkali menjadi perantara dari berbagai bakteri untuk masuk ke dalam tubuh kita. Agar memperoleh hasil yang maksimal, Anda sebaiknya mengetahui bagaimana teknik mencuci tangan yang benar. Tahap pertama yaitu melaksanakan survey; bersama sebagian dari kami kelompok 76 yang ikut serta kegiatan tersebut mohon izin kepada pihak sekolah untuk mengadakan sosialisasi lingkungan; hidup sehat serta cuci tangan yang baik dan benar. Tahap selanjutnya pada minggu kedua kami mulai melaksanakan proses sosialisasi dan edukasi yang sudah di jadwalkan sesuai rencana program kerja kelompok 76. Praktek melakukan cuci tangan tangan yang baik dan benar secara bersama-sama yang diperagakan oleh anggota kelompok 76 dan di ikuti oleh parasiswa/siswi serta memberikan pengertian tentang pentingnya peduli terhadap lingkungan, mengajak para siswa/siswi mengena langsung lingkungan yang ada disekitar desa putatlor, mengumpulkan sampah yang ada di jalan maupun di sekitar sekolah sekaligus membedakan antara sampah organik dan anorganik, dengan harapan penanaman cinta lingkungan sejak dini mampu memotifasi parasiswa/siswi mengerti betapa pentingnya mencitai kebersihan lingkungan supaya terhindar dari penyakit maupun bahaya bencana; alam yang dapat timbul dari kerusakan lingkungan oleh sampah. Masih banyak masyarakat di Desa Putatlor Kecamatan Gondang legi Kabupaten malang yang mengabaikan kebersihan diri maupun lingkungan di sekitar mereka, yang dapat ber dampak buruk terhadap kesehatan; diri masyarakat, kurangnya kesadaran masyarakat akan pentingnya mencuci tangan secara rutin dan teratur mengakibatkan masyarakat mudah terjangkit penyakit; seperti demam, flu, maupun batuk itu dapat berdampak buruk terhadap kesehatan.
Covid-19 is a way for each educational institution to improve quality, processes, as well as facilities and infrastructure. The epidemic indirectly demands the education institution for adaptive and innovative new life accompanied by the development of information technology. The Ministry of Education and Culture has issued a curriculum policy for special conditions during the pandemic based on the circular regulation of the Minister of Education and Culture Number 719 of 2020. In addition, the issue of freedom to study in primary and secondary education institutions has emerged since 2019. Through the locus of Senior High School al-Hikmah Boarding School Batu, the researchers explored the data regarding the design of an independent curriculum based on Islamic values implemented since 2019. The curriculum has relevance to the Covid-19 special conditions curriculum and can be used as a model for the Covid-19 curriculum based on Islamic values. The research approach used is descriptive qualitative. While, the type of research is a case study with in-depth interview data collection, participatory observation, and documentation. It used an interactive data analysis through data collection, data presentation, data reduction, and conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the independent curriculum of al-Hikmah Boarding School Batu has relevance to the link and match-based special conditions curriculum. In addition, the independent curriculum contributes to shaping the learners’ attitudes based on spiritual strength, nationalism, and mental leadership.
The purpose of this article is to describe and determine the planning, implementation, and evaluation of character education at the Qur'an Al-Qosimi Islamic Boarding School. The method in this study uses a qualitative method with the type of case study. The subjects of this study were students of the Al-Qur'an Al-Qosimi Islamic Boarding School. From the findings obtained from character education in PPQ through habituation, giving advice, exemplary, practice and giving rewards and punishments. This article produces (1) Planning that adapts the vision and mission from here, each supervisor has various strategies according to their creativity and abilities. (2) Implementation, namely training and instilling the spirit of honesty, independence, responsibility, compassion, mutual cooperation, simplicity, this can be realized by practicing habituation in everyday life, monitored, supervised, sanctioned, and rewarded, students will be stimulated to do which is even better every time you take action. (3) Evaluation of character formation cannot be carried out by administrators and caregivers alone but must involve other parties as supporters of the success of character education at PPQ so that PPQ cooperates with the pesantren community, santri guardians, and monitors every activity inside and outside the pesantren, so that makes it easier to evaluate each individual student.
