Economic growth often occurs at the expense of the quality of natural resources and the environment because of the impact caused by economic activity. These impacts create external costs that the public and future generations must bear. Internalization of external costs must be enforced to prevent damage to natural resources and the environment (ex-ante strategy) or repair the damage that has occurred (ex-post strategy). Therefore, economic valuation is needed to provide important information regarding the value of ecosystems and the resulting economic benefits, especially for non-market environmental goods that have important policy implications and as an effort to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). This study aimed to analyze and estimate the economic value and identify the ecological, social and economic impacts at BeeJay Bakau Resort Probolinggo. Types of descriptive research with data collection methods include interviews, observations, documentation, and questionnaires. The sampling method used 2 methods: the accidental sampling technique for tourists by determining the number of samples using the linear time function formula so that a total sample of 84 respondents was obtained and the purposive sampling technique for stakeholders with a sample of 40 respondents. The results of the analysis show that the economic value generated is Rp. 584,347,909,947/year. The output of identification of ecological, economic and social impacts which includes three dimensions, namely the ecological, economic and social dimensions, each of which has 4 defined attributes, then it can be concluded that the ecological dimension has a high category, this is because the manager of the BeeJay Bakau Resort mangrove forest tourism carry out various efforts in development that involve both stakeholders and the surrounding community, especially in maintaining and committing to environmental sustainability.
The regular KKN program in 2022 in Lubuk Beringin Village wants to try to develop existing tourist villages by conducting several initiation programs as the beginning of the development of tourism villages. Several things are done to optimize natural tourism villages, especially household products in Lubuk Beringin Village. The results of activities in supporting the development of tourism villages in Lubuk Beringin such as nature tourism, culinary tourism, herbal tourism, and also souvenir centers. The programs carried out recently are initiation programs so it is necessary to optimize every aspect of support so that the Lubuk Beringin tourism village program becomes a tourist attraction that is in demand by domestic and foreign tourists. The initiation programs that have been carried out in Lubuk Beringin are Human Resources Training in English Practise, Training Training, and direct practice of digital marketing Interpreuner Training (Training in making dishes and culinary). The results of the implementation of the program received the enthusiasm of the residents and this is a positive start so there will be a development of a tourist village in Lubuk Beringin Village.
Bekasi berkembang dengan sangat pesat disektor jasa komersil dan pemukiman penduduk. Namun ada satu hal yang terlupakan dalam unsur pembangunan sebuah Kota, yaitu ketersediaan ruang publik yang berfungsi sebagai wadah bagi masyarakat kota untuk dapat saling berinteraksi. GOR Bekasi merupakan salah satu sarana publik di Kota Bekasi yang aktivitasnya paling terlihat. Namun proses renovasi S tadion Patriot yang ada di dalam kawasan GOR mengakibatkan banyak fasilitas pendukung stadion yang hilang. Hal tersebut membuat aktivitas didalam kawasan mati ketika sedang tidak ada even pertandingan sepakbola karena masyarakat tidak lagi dapat beraktifitas disana. Penjabaran di atas melatarbelakangi gagasan untuk "Redesain GOR Bekasi" dengan menjadikannya sebuah civic center yang nantinya diharapkan aktifitas didalam stadion ataupun di kawasan GOR akan selalu hidup baik pada saat ada even pertandingan ataupun tidak.
The concept economic value is based on availability paying (Willingness to pay) a person to consume goods and services produced by natural resource or the environment.The purpose this study was to analyze characteristics of mangrove attractions, characteristics of visitors, visitor perceptions of sapta charm, and estimate the economic value in BeeJay Bakau Resort Probolinggo. Descriptive research with data collection methods including interviews, observation, documentation and questionnaires. The sampling method uses accidental sampling technique and determination of the number samples using the linear time function formula. For the dependent variable that is number of requests for visits to mangrove tourism and independent variables namely travel costs, distance traveled, education level, income level, age, and working day (HOK). The result of the analysis shows that the visitor's perception of sapta charm in the mangrove tourist attraction which dominates is the friendly aspect of 34.25% while the economic value is IDR 638,287,712,178/year and the total value of the receipts is IDR 4,200,000,000. Suggestions in order increase the potential tourism there because the economic value is higher than value of acceptance as well as research on the aspect of charm so that the development of tourist objects is in line with what visitors want.
