The method in this research is descriptive with a qualitative approach that is processed from various literatures or references. The research findings state that there are many complicated problems in the learning process. Educators are sometimes not able to fully understand the mindset of their students. In addition, the application of learning theory provided by educators is not in accordance with the objectives of the curriculum applicable in their educational institutions. So, the solution to solving the problem is to analyze the curriculum, learning theory through a philosophical view. An educator must also be able to understand his students or often called an analysis of student needs. Then, increase the mastery of the material based on learning theory and curriculum objectives. Thus, the output produced from the learning process will be truly maximal and as expected.
