This paper attempts to potrait the da'wah strategy of the Luhur Al-Husna Islamic Boarding School in maintaining religious tolerance in the city of Surabaya, as well as its correlation with the Al-Madkhal Ila Ilmi Dakwah book by Al-Bayanuni. The following article is the results of direct field study, with a descriptive analysis approach to the Da'wah strategy model of the Luhur Al-Husna Islamic Boarding School in maintaining religious tolerance. The results of the study indicate that the da'wah strategies used by the Luhur Al-Husna Islamic Boarding School are dialogue, cultural exchange and living together. In addition, the Luhur Al-Husna Islamic Boarding School also uses three da'wah strategies according to Al-Bayanunni, namely al-athifi, al-aqly, and al-hissi. The Da'wah strategy of the Luhur Al-Husna Islamic Boarding School can be said to be successful in maintaining tolerance because it is able to survive and continue to exist today.

This paper tries to describe how press freedom and gender equality in the Philippines during President Rodrigo Duterte's leadership, and to answer whether the concept of the relationship of press freedom and gender equality in the Philippines also applies. This study is a literature study through the work of other researchers obtained through journals, books and the internet. The results of the study show that the concept of the relationship between freedom of the press and gender equality also applies in the Philippines. This was evidenced by a survey from the Reporters Without Boarders agency which showed press freedom in the Philippines ranked 134 out of 180 countries in 2019, down 1 place from 2018, and a survey from the World Economy Forum which showed the Philippines ranked 16th in 2019, which means it dropped to 6th rank from 2018. Freedom of the press in the Philippines is still problematic because it is hampered by the face, culture of impunity and policies of President Rodrigo Duterte. The issue of press freedom has increased gender inequality in the Philippines. Women in the media in the Philippines contribute to the field of work and content to the media.

Tulisan ini mencoba menggambarkan implementasi perencanaan komunikasi pemerintah daerah dalam pelaksanaan PSBB di Jakarta serta korelasinya dengan teori perencanaan komunikasi. Tulisan ini menggunakan metode conten analyisis. Metode ini membahas mendalam isi suatu informasi tertulis atau tercetak dalam media massa maupun elektronik., dengan pendekatan pengamatan terhadap implementasi kebijakan pemerintah daerah Provinsi Jakarta terkait kebijakan PSBB. Hasil pengamatan menunjukan bahwa implementasi perencanaan komunikasi berjalan dengan baik. Keberhasilan implementasi menurut Merilee S. Grindle, dipengaruhi oleh dua variabel besar, yakni isi kebijakan (content of policy) dan lingkungan implementasi (context of implementation). Variabel tersebut mencakup sejauh mana kepentingan kelompok sasaran, jenis manfaat yang diterima oleh kelompok sasaran, perubahan yang diinginkan, ketepatan letak sebuah program, penyebutan implementornya dengan rinci, dan sumberdaya yang memadai. Grindle menambahkan bahwa proses implementasi baru akan dimulai apabila tujuan dan sasaran telah ditetapkan, program kegiatan telah tersusun dan dana telah siap dan telah disalurkan untuk mencapai sasaran. Kebijakan PSBB yang dilakukan oleh Pemerintah Provinsi DKI Jakarta telah melewati beberapa tahap terlebih dahulu untuk mencapai tujuan dan sasaran yang telah ditetapkan beserta program-program kegiatannya. Tahap-tahap tersebut adalah tahap persiapan, tahap sosialisasi, tahap pelaksanaan, dan tahap pengawasan.

This paper tries to illustrate how to use the WhatsApp group as a communication medium for the Riswo Village Druju Sumbermanjing Wetan Malang. It is a descriptive qualitative research using the approach of organizational communication theory. The results of this research are organizational communication carried out by Riswo Village management of Druju Sumbermanjing Wetan Malang in accordance with organizational communication functions including, informative, regulative, persuasive and integrative functions. The target audience of the Drwo Village Riswo administrators in this study were all the Drwo Village Riswo administrators who had been recruited and became part of the Riswomprogram Riswomilik Pesuju management group of Druju Village. There are three uses of the WhatsApp group as an organizational communication medium. First, it is more efficient in terms of time, space and resources. Second, it facilitates participation, understanding and reception of messages, and third, satisfaction in the use of WhatsApp groups.
