This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the MSME sister business model related to production, marketing, and quality control. This MSME sister business model begins with conducting field observations first, to get Pioneer MSMEs and Assisted MSMEs. Business model innovation is a very important foundation for MSME players. This type of research is descriptive with a qualitative approach with interview methods and field observations of 4 Pioneer MSMEs and 50 Assisted MSMEs. From the results of field observation, 4 Pioneer MSMEs were obtained, namely food, mushroom cultivation, bamboo handcraft, wooden handcraft, and 50 Assisted MSMEs. After that, the equalization of perceptions regarding the MSME sister business model was carried out, training, workshops, and then business cooperation (matching business) was carried out. The contribution of this research is the resolution of the problems faced by MSMEs so far, especially the pros. The plan is to form Pioneer MSMEs and other Assisted MSMEs, to produce better economic growth in Sukabumi Regency in particular and Indonesia in general.

Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh pelaku UMKM yaitu mengenai aspek finansial di mana terbatasnya dana yang dimiliki untuk memproduksi secara terus menerus, aspek produksi yaitu kemampuan memenuhi pasar dan inovasi merupakan kemampuan melakukan inovasi terhadap produk. Dari tiga aspek tersebut yang menjadi permasalahan utama UMKM adalah produksi, di mana produksi saat ini belum dapat memenuhi kebutuhan pasar. Metode yang digunakan untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, Dinas Koperasi dan UKM (DKUKM) bekerjasama dengan Universitas Muhammadiyah Sukabumi (UMMI) melalui Dosen yang terlibat sebagai pengusul membentuk suatu model bisnis dengan tema Sister Business UMKM yaitu membentuk UMKM Pelopor dan UMKM Binaan. Setelah terbentuknya UMKM Pelopor maka diberikan pelatihan mengenai pengelolaan manajerial, keuangan, promosi, produksi dan quality control dan pelatihan pengetahuan supply chain management. Selanjutnya dilakukan pendampingan praktik matching business antara UMKM Pelopor dan UMKM Binaan, serta penyiapan sarana pendukung penguatan ekosistem sister business. Melalui sister business UMKM ini dapat menyelesaikan permasalahan yang selama ini menjadi kendala UMKM Pelopor dalam memenuhi kebutuhan pasar.

Organisasi diperlukan sebagai wadah bagi sekelompok orang untuk  bekerja sama secara rasional dan sistematis dan dibimbing atau dikendalikan dengan menggunakan sumber daya dalam organisasi untuk mencapai tujuan tertentu. Penyusunan struktur organisasi, tugas pokok dan fungsi Pengelola Pariwisata Kalammala adalah salah satu bentuk  pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilakukan oleh mahasiswa Universitas Muhammadiyah Sukabumi. Sosialisasi ini bertujuan untuk membentuk struktur organisasi yang benar dan melaksanakan kegiatan yang tertib secara tertib dan teratur. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini terdiri dari lima bulan observasi, sosialisasi, dan pendampingan langsung. Hasil dari pengabdian  masyarakat ini, peserta mampu memahami apa itu Tupoksi dan perannya dalam pengelolaan pariwisata di Karangpara, Desa Kebon Manggu Kabupaten Sukabumi.

The Effects of Good Corporate Governance on Profitability and Its Effects on Business Value examines how good corporate governance affects profitability and how that affects business value in mining businesses listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The causal study includes the formulation of this study model. The Indonesia Stock Exchange is home to the mining companies that were included in this study. Purposive sampling was employed to choose the sample. Multiple regression and path analysis were the methods employed for data analysis. According to the study's findings, profitability and good corporate governance have a simultaneous and partial effect on a company's market value in the mining industry.

Purpose – this paper seeks to examine the effect of leadership effectiveness on organizational performance. By looking at the Muhammadiyah organization in Indonesia, especially in Sukabumi. Methodology/approach - this research uses a quantitative method approach. The population of this research is all members of Muhammadiyah in Sukabumi. The sampling technique that will be used in this study is the random sampling method. Analysis of the data used is multiple linear regression analysis. Findings – it is found that simultaneously the three variables have a significant influence on (Y), which means the organization can develop if the leader applies leadership which includes Leader-Subordinate Relations, Task Structure and Leadership Position Strength simultaneously (simultaneously). And the leadership-subordinate relationship variable partially does not have a significant effect. While the other two variables have a significant effect. Novelty/value –  leadership style or leadership model is often used as material for studies related to human resources, usually associated with employee performance, motivation and organizational behavior. While the organizational performance is very minimally studied, even though the development factor of an organization can be influenced by leadership.
