Therefore it is necessary to be given a special vaccine for poultry that can anticipate the dominant diseases attacking poultry in particular chicken laying. So need a prediction model with the concept of fuzzy analytical hierarchy process. analytical hierarchy process is one of the methods in the decision-making system that uses several variables with a multilevel analysis process using criteria such as decreased egg production, cough, watery eyes, wings hanging down, a gray sprocket, legs paralyzed. From the test results obtained varied values with alternative results obtained: Marek 0.1487, IB chicken 0.3464, CA 0.1769, chicken NP 0.2407, EDS 0.0884. Decision-Making System using Fuzzy Multiple Attribute Decision Making with Weighted Product method as the best SMK determinant method is an interactive computer-based system that can help decision-makers to find the best alternative based on predetermined criteria. In this case, the proposed alternative is to determine the best Vocational High School based on the criteria by finding the weight value for each attribute. The criteria needed in decision making are Facility, Accreditation, Quality, Student (Non-Academic Achievement), Cost, Human Resources Teacher.

The village head is the leader of the village in Indonesia. The village head is the leader of the village government. The tenure of the village head is six years, and can be extended for another one term is expected to run the government with a good performance in providing services to the community. So if the government officials at the village level show good performance in organizing the government. The Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method can help decision making in determining the performance index of the village head. This research is conduct by looking for the performance of positive and negative ideal solutions. Applications with the highest V value will occupy the top size in this system. Then the criteria for determining the performance index of the head of the village are timeliness, discipline, responsibility, leadership, presence, value. The results of the decision-making system resulted in 6 alternatives suggested performance indexes of village heads, with the highest score of Sendang Agung Village.
