Local Government Administration Arrangement Is part of Political Development in Aoma Village, Wolasi District, South Konawe Regency, The purpose of the study is to find out the arrangement of government administration in supporting the service This location selection is based on the consideration that the implementation of government administrative services needs to be arranged optimally for service improvement. Used qualitative descriptive research where data collection is carried out in natural conditions (natural setting), primary data sources and data collection techniques are more in-depth interviews and documentation. Data analysis of categorization, reduction, and interpretation. The results of the study showed the arrangement of the implementation of government administration in Aoma Village, Wolasi District, South Konawe Regency in the form of government by providing services to the community in the form of population administration activities, carrying out data collection and inventory of village assets.

Tujuan penelitian yaitu untuk mengetahui penegakan disiplin kerja untuk peningkatan kinerja. Penelitian deskriptif  kualitatif dimana sumber data primer dan teknik pengumpulan data lebih banyak pada hasil wawancara mendalam dan dokumentasi.  Langkah-langkah analisis data dikategorisasi, reduksi dan interpretasi. Hasil wawancara dan dokumentasi  di cek kembali untuk memperjelas  disiplin jam kerja untuk peningkatan kinerja  pegawai. Hasil penelitian yang mana penegakan disiplin pada jam kerja disiplin pegawai di Kantor Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Daerah (BAPPEDA) Propinsi Sulawesi Tenggara meliputi kehadiran dan kepatuhan pegawai pada jam kerja,  tugas tepat waktu Peningkatan kinerja pegawai di BAPPEDA) Propinsi Sulawesi Tenggara berupa produktivitas memperbaiki dan meningkatkan kemampuan menyelesaikan volume pekerjaan sesuai target, menghasilkan pekerjaan sesuai dengan aturan/ketentuan, menyelesaikan pekerjaan berkualitas. Persiapan pelayanan publik tepat dan  kemudahan  mengaksesnya segala bentuk pelayanan untuk mencapai pelayanan prima. Akuntabilitas melaksanakan tugas dengan penuh tanggung jawab dalam menyelesaikan pekerjaan. Kata Kunci : Disiplin, Jam Kerja, Kinerja

This research was motivated by the illness of 436 Election organizers and the death of 6 Ad Hoc Organizers in Southeast Sulawesi. To reveal this, the study was designed which is a mix method approach. The data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires to respondents with a multi-stage random sampling technique. The results showed the Ad Hoc Organizing Body at the 2019 General Elections in Southeast Sulawesi carried out all stages of the holding of the 2019 General Elections in accordance with their duties and authorities as stipulated in the regulations. The recruitment pattern of the Ad Hoc Organizing Body in Southeast Sulawesi has done openly, independently, fulfilling the physical and mental health requirements and has knowledge about electoral, so the results of the research show the Ad Hoc Organizing Agency in Southeast Sulawesi has been tasked with working independently, with integrity and professionalism. The objective condition of the workload of the Ad Hoc Administration Agency in Southeast Sulawesi, in general, the stages of election activities that are felt to be very burdensome are related to the calculation of election results and the collection of voter lists. Both of these things, the organizers need extra energy to complete the task on time and accurately. The heavy workload caused the election organizers to be sick and some died.
