Delays that occur on a construction projects can cause project performance inefficiencies and can even add to the project cost. Factors due to project delays consist of many things that can cause project delays. This study aims to find a top ten similarity factor that causes delays in a construction projects based on the results of research in Jakarta construction projects against previous studies in other countries. From a total of 100 distributed questionnaires, 88 (88%) were filled in correctly and returned as data analysis material. The Data from the survey results were analyzed using Statistical Software Package (SPSS) to produce a ranking for Project Delay Factor. The ranking of the study was then re-analyzed based on the similarity of the previous research so that the similar Project Delay Factor Ranking was obtained.
The aim of this research was to determine the correlation of body condition score with service per conception and calving interval of Ongole cross cow. The material used in this research are one hundred Ongole cross cows. The observed variables is the body condtion score (BCS), service per conception (S/C) and calving interval (CI). The method used in this research is the gathering of primary and secondary data. Data was analyzed with simple correlation and regression. Value of regression equation correlation BCS with S/C Y=0,88+0,06X with coefficient determinant (R 2) was 1,6%. Correlation (r) was 0,12. Regression equation of correlation BCS with CI Y=408,24+1,06X with determinant coefficient (R 2) was 0,8% and correlation (r) was 0,08. The conclusion of this research was the BCS had postive with S/C and the value of R 2 = 1,6%. BCS had positive with CI and the value of R 2 =0,8%.

ABSTRACT :The purpose of this research was to determine semen quality and frozen semen production of beef cattle at different month collection in Lembang Artificial Insemination Center. Beef cattle strain that used for this research are Aceh, Angus, Brahman, Limousine, Madura, Ongole and Simmental. The research parameter included semen volume, pH, motility of spermatozoa, concentration of spermatozoa, number of spermatozoa, number of spermatozoa motil and number of frozen semen straw. The method of this research using factorial completely Randomized Design and each had 3 replication per treatment. The different of beef cattle have given a significant effect of semen volume (P<0.01), mortility of spermatozoa (P<0.01), concentration of spermatozoa (P<0.01), number of spermatozoa (P<0.01), number of spermatozoa motil (P<0.01) and pH (P>0.05). Different month collection have a significant influence of semen volume (P<0.01), pH (P<0.05), motility of spermatozoa (P<0.01), concentration of spermatozoa (P<0.01), number of spermatozoa (P<0.01), number of spermatozoa motil (P<0.01). Interaction between breed of beef cattle and different month of collection have given a significant influence of semen volume (P<0.01), motility spermatozoa (P<0.01), concentration spermatozoa (P<0.05) and number of spermatozoa motil (P<0.01).
