This article describes the influence of school culture and work motivation on school quality at SMKN 1 Pungging Mojokerto. This article has used quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The population in this study were all teachers at SMKN 1 Pungging Mojokerto, totaling 111, while the people used 87 respondents. The results showed that 1. School culture significantly influences school quality with a significance value of t of 0.00. 2. Work motivation significantly affects school quality with a significance value of t of 0.000. 3. Simultaneously, school culture and work motivation significantly influence school quality with a calculated F value of 32.876 with an F significance value of 0.000 and a regression coefficient R2 of 43.9%.
Program sekolah ini dirancang untuk mendukung setiap sekolah dalam menciptakan generasi pembelajar sepanjang hayat yang berkepribadian sebagai siswa pelajar Pancasila.Komitmen yang kuat, kesungguhan dan implementasi nyata dari semua pihak, sehingga profil pelajar pancasila dapat tertanam pada peserta didik. Pada pelaksanaannya dewan guru sebagai fasilitator merasakan kebingungan dalam merancang pelaksanaan pembelajaran disekolah terutama pada penyusunan perangkat ajar yang berupa modul ajar pada kurikulum merdeka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi evaluasi modul kurikulum merdeka sekolah penggerak terhadap peserta didik sma perintis 1 bandar lampung. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan dengan menggunakan pendekatan ADDIE (Analisis, Desain, Development, Implementasi dan Evaluasi. populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh peserta didik Kelas XII SMA Perintis 1 Bandar Lampung yang berjumlah 30 peserta didik dengan menggunakan teknik random sampling yang mengikuti mata pelajaran PKn, pemilihan mata pelajaran Pkn ditentukan mengingat waktu yang terbatas. Penelitian ini menggunakan 20 item insturmen dengan hasil reabilitas instrument 0,847 yang memiliki alternative reabilitas instrument sangat tinggi. Guna mengetahui ada pengaruh atau tidaknya Implementasi pelatihan modul merdeka belajar terhadap peserta didik SMA Perintis 1 Bandar Lampung, dilakukan uji hipotesis N-Gain dengan mengukur hasil prestest dan posttest nilai ujian Pkn Peserta didik
This study aimed to develop valid contextual-based teaching materials for fifth-grade of elementary school students. The type of research and development used refers to the R&D theory of Borg and Gall. The research was conducted for fifth-grade students at SDN 6 Bandarjaya. The results of this study indicate that the 5E learning cycle was developed practically based on the results of expert validation obtained an overall average of 80.7%, and the results of the questionnaire response of educators were 77.8% and the results of student responses were 78%.-based teaching materials are Learning Cycle 5E feasible to use.
One of the reasons for the low social studies learning outcomes in class IV SD Negeri 1 Jagabaya 1 Bandar Lampung is that during the social studies learning process the teacher is less able to stimulate students to be actively involved and express ideas or the ability to think in the learning process. The aims of this research is to improve student learning outcomes. This research is a classroom action research with 25 students as respondents consisting of 12 boys and 13 girls. Data collection techniques use observation and individual tests in the form of daily tests at the end of each cycle. Based on the research results it is known that the cooperative learning model can improve student learning outcomes.
Education as an open system is inseparable from problems, both micro and macro problems. The emergence of digital-based learning media should make it easy for teachers to design interesting, fun learning methods and improve students' abilities in the teaching and learning process at school. This study aims to design a learning multimedia training program for geography teachers especially in providing learning in the classroom. This study uses a quantitative method with the ADDIE approach, through 3 stages of implementation, namely stage I debriefing, stage II practice making multimedia, stage III evaluation by distributing questionnaires and interval analysis. research results Based on 5 presenters who carry various learning multimedia, it can be concluded that multimedia can be integrated in all fields of learning, including Geography subjects. which means that all participants strongly agree that learning multimedia training is to be carried out.
