Kata kunci: karotenoid, LC-MS/MS, komponen aktif, Pomacea canaliculata Identification and Profiling of Active Compounds from Golden AppleSnail's Egg Pigments Abstract Golden apple snail (Pomacea canaliculata) has been known as a pest for rice plant due to high adaptability and reproductive power. Utilization of Pomacea canaliculata's eggs as raw materials in the food and health industry is one of the efforts to eradicate the pest snail. This study was aimed to identify the active compounds contained in the extract pigments of Pomacea canaliculata's eggs. The methods of this study were an extraction of pigments using acetone and methanol, analyzing the active compound (secondary metabolite) qualitatively, TLC to determine pigment components and LC-MS/MS to identify active compounds semi quantitatively. The yield of Pomacea canaliculata's eggs pigment extracts is 33,80% in acetone solvent and 36,10% in methanol solvent. The results showed that active compounds in the methanol extract contain 11 carotenoid pigments of a xanthophyl group, two carotenoid pigments of carotene group, and 2 active compounds in non-pigmented form, whereas the acetone extract contains 11 pigment carotenoids of a xanthophyl group and 2 compounds active in non-pigment form. Keywords: active ingredients, carotenoids, LC-MS/MS, Pomacea canaliculata
Production is one of the most important economic activities. Production is also an important factor in determining company profits, because production is an activity or process in the manufacture of goods and services, which aims to meet the needs of the community. The goods or services produced can be in the form of primary, secondary and tertiary needs. In the production process, there must be good principles and ethics, as in Islamic economics, that the principles and ethics of production must have noble aims, namely meeting consumer needs, no one is harmed, goods and services must be halal. The Qur'an defines production as a link in the chain of consumption and distribution. So without production activities, economic activity will stop and die. So the essence of production activities in Islamic economics is to achieve the goal of maslahah, namely the public interest in meeting the needs of the community, by taking profits that are in accordance with production costs, and not aiming to achieve satisfaction, because if the highest point is satisfaction, then a producer will do everything he can. way of doing production.
The concept of defense diplomacy does not have a universally recognized definition; therefore, each country tends to have its definition, which is then included in its defense white paper. The concept of diplomacy for Malaysia itself is defined as creating stable international relations with other countries. Malaysia has a defense diplomacy strategy known as quiet diplomacy. One of the problems that threaten Malaysia's maritime economy and sovereignty that continues to this day is the South China Sea conflict. This conflict occurred because of a unilateral claim made by the Chinese government with theissuance of a map that later contained a nine-dash line. In dealing with this problem,Malaysia then implemented the concept of defense diplomacy in the multilateral realm, namely through official forums, namely the ASEAN Defense Ministers' Meeting (ADMM) and the ASEAN Defense Ministers' Meeting Plus (ADMM Plus). This report was prepared using a descriptive-narrative method obtained through interviews with resource persons and a literature study. The purpose of this report is to serve as a theoretical reference for the concepts and practices of Malaysian defense diplomacy.
The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of bank financial report using variable Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Return On Asset (ROA), and Operating Income Operating Expenses (OIOE/BOPO) toward a stock return in a conventional bank. The sample selection using purposive sampling method and a sample of this research are as many as 18 national private commercial bank foreign exchange in Indonesia. Data obtained from secondary data in annual reports of a bank in Indonesia Stock Exchange sites. The analysis technique used in this research is multiple regression analysis. The hypothesis in this study was based on previous studies and various other supporting theories. The results of this study indicate that the loan to deposit ratio (LDR) positively effect on stock return, capital adequacy ratio (CAR) no significant effect on stock return, return on asset (ROA) positively effect on stock return. While Operating Income Operating Expenses variable removed for affected Multikolinierity.
