-Nowadays, the mobility of people who travel to a place through road transportation is increasing, either private vehicle or public transportation services. By the high intensity of use the road transportation, especially the road transportation service in Semarang, in this cases are bus and travel, it makes the transportation service users often confused in determining transportation agency to be used, especially if user is in hurry. Therefore, transportation user need a mobile application that can provide bus or travel transportation agency locator services which nearby user location and provide destination route which is expected. The Bus and Travel agency -Based Applications Mobile Locator Using Dijkstra Method is the ultimate solution in the search of bus and travel agency in Semarang. The purpose of development this application is developing a search guidance system of bus and travel agency location which nearby user location that can provide an efficient route and save the time.The Bus and Travel agency -Based Applications Mobile Locator is implemented using ionic framework that runs on Android. Sqlite as the media storage of this, allows user to perform agency data management. In Addition, it is supported by the relevance of agency data which is obtained from Department of Transportation, Communication, and Information Central of Java and transportation magazine site.The use of Google Maps API supports search location using Dijkstra Method in search of bus and travel agency, that expected to facilitate the users find travel or bus agency as expected, and its information that's already available.Keywords: Android, Sqlite, Google Maps API, Ionic Framework, Dijkstra I. Out of four waste banks in the Tanimulya Village, Sahdu Waste Bank is the only proper waste bank in operation. Based on the 2019 West Bandung District’s Environmental Agency (Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kebersihan) Strategic Plan, which stated the target in 2022, that it needs to reduce 10%, from the current 8% reduction of the waste generation through the solid waste management and waste bank facilites, prior to the landfill. One of the efforts that can be done is through the development of the Sahdu Waste Bank from the hamlet scale to the urban village scale by using the Waste Bank Indexing Method. Assessing the existing condition with the waste bank index, identification and compiling the recommendation towards parameters that need improvement. Based on the results of the assessment, a score of 53.2 (out of 100, and is considered as fairly good category), reveals 14 sub indicator that can be improved, which consist of 6 Sub Indicator of Management System, 6 Sub Indicator of Operational System, and 2 Sub Indicator of Waste Bank Facility. The value of the Sahdu Waste Bank can be increased to 88.3 (out of 100, and is considered as very good), which generates the reduction of 266.67% of waste, equal to 4 ton/month from 150 kg/month. That would make Sahdu Waste Bank contributes 1.6% from the reduction target of 10% for the West Bandung District waste.

ABSTRAKKegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat berbasis penyuluhan ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui tingkat pengetahuan siswa melakukan kegiatan cuci tangan yang tepat sesusai dengan standar yang ditetapkan oleh WHO pada siswa TPA Al-Ikhlas Polri Jatisampurna Bekasi. Kesadaran dan pengetahuan terkait cuci tangan yang tepat dapat memproteksi diri dari berbagai penyakit terutama penyakit diare. Siswa sekolah TPA Al-Ikhlas Polri terdiri dari siswa pra sekolah dasar dan sekolah dasar usia 3-12 tahun yang berjumlah 21 orang. Pelaksanaan kegiatan diawali dengan metode kuisioner dan selanjutnya dilakukan dengan mensosialisasikan Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat (PHBS) terutama tentang perilaku cuci tangan yang tepat. Hasil pelaksanaan kegiatan PKM ini dari pretest yang dilakukan menunjukan bahwa 62% tidak mengetahui 6 gerakan cuci tangan dan 38% mengetahui 6 gerakan cuci tangan. Setelah dilakukan penyuluhan cuci tangan dan demo cuci tangan kepada siswa maka diperoleh hasil post test yaitu terjadi penurunan 19 % tidak mengetahui 6 gerakan cuci tangan dan terjadi kenaikan menjadi 81 % mengetahui 6 gerakan cuci tangan. Kata kunci: cuci tangan; penyuluhan; kecacingan. ABSTRACTThis community service activity was carried out to determine the level of knowledge of students in carrying out proper hand washing activities according to the standards set by WHO in TPA Al-Ikhlas students at the Jatisampurna Polri, Bekasi. Awareness and knowledge related to proper hand washing can protect themselves from various diseases, especially diarrheal diseases. TPA Al-Ikhlas Polri students consist of pre-primary and elementary school students aged 3-12 years, totaling 21 people. The implementation of the activity begins with the questionnaire method and is then carried out by socializing the Clean and Healthy Life Behavior), especially regarding proper hand washing behavior. The results of the implementation of this community service from the pretest showed that 62% did not know the 6 hand washing movements and 38% knew the 6 hand washing movements. After conducting hand washing counseling and hand washing demonstrations to students, the post test results were obtained, namely a decrease of 19% not knowing 6 hand washing movements and an increase to 81% knowing 6 hand washing movements. Keywords: hand washing; counseling; worms.

The Centrifugal liquid Membrane (CLM) method, which provides an ultra-thin two-phase liquid membrane system in a rotating glass cell, was successfully applied to Green Synthesis from Polyscias scutellaria (PS) capped gold nanoparticles (AuNPs-PS) using a Mangkokan leaf (Polyscias scutellaria) extract as a reducing agent and stabilizer in the hexane-water system. PS extract in hexane fraction as the organic phase has a UV absorption spectrum at the maximum wavelength, λmax of 220 nm, while the precursor of HAuCl4 solution as an aqueous phase has an λmax of 214 nm. Investigation of AuNPs-PS formation was carried out at various concentrations of Mangkokan leaf extract concentration; i.e., 0.001 0.003; 0.005; 0.007 and 0.009%, while the reaction was carried out at various rotational speeds of 5,000-9,000 rpm. The formation and stability of AuNPs-PS were observed from the phenomenon of surface plasmon resonance (SPR) and absorbance changes as measured by a UV-Vis spectrophotometer. The results of measurements using CLM-Spectrophotometry shows the formation of AuNPs-PS in the hexane-water system at λmax of 534 nm.

Worms infection disease is a health problem often found in the world and Indonesia. Worms’ infection disease commonly found in Indonesia and which infected children are caused by Ascaris lumbricoides, Trichuris Trichiura, and Enterobius vermicularis. One of the children affected by worms is often playing with the ground because of the habit. Al Ikhlas School’s Polri in Jatisampurna Bekasi consists of pre-primary and elementary schools that have never received counseling about the dangers of worms’ infection. This activity aims to educate children about the dangers of worms’ infection. The method used is through filling out questionnaires, counseling, media posters, and handwashing demonstrations. The activity was attended by 21 with 81% had experienced worms’ infection disease and 19% had never have experienced worms’ disease, and 85,71 % understood about knowledge of worms’ infection disease and 14,29 did not understand. The counseling provided included egg and adult worms, the cause of worms’ disease infection, how to get infections, the danger of infection, and prevent infection.
