Clinical Practice guidelines strongly relies on evidence based medical literature. In Health care domain decision support systems are playing a competent role in diagnosis and treatment from multiple diseases. Among different Hospitals all over the world the Information technology domain emphasis key roles in improvement of patient health care to great extent. The Concept of Data Mining (DM) and Decision Support systems (DSS) in medical domain provides an efficient mechanism to extract the multiple records of patient treatment diagnostics from previously stored records in Data base (DB) or Data Ware House (DWH) and compare these guidelines to perform strong analysis that results in efficient decision making. Along the previously mentioned techniques the era of Telemedicine has also being developed that results in generation of multiple techniques in diagnosis of multiple diseases and health improvement using Mobile Health care systems specially worth full for the rural areas where latest medical facilities are unavailable at the point of need. The required information in Database or in Data Ware House might be the historical data of patient or the health based summery of different patients in diverse stages. Now these days the emergence of distributed decision support systems in health care domain covers the health care treatment procedures in more comprehensive manner including surgical procedures and radiological treatment. In this paper we are going to analyze the multiple health care diagnosis procedures and treatment techniques using various decision support systems designed and implemented by various researchers all over the world and compare the effectiveness and efficiency of each decision support system in health care domain. Our research study is also helpful for physicians and health care practioners in analyzing multiple scenarios related to interesting pattern recognitions and intelligent decision making.
DNS Servers significantly play a vital role in Internet and Intranet environments. It translates humanfriendly names into IP addresses and vice versa. However, propagation processing of any change in DNS Server takes hours and days for its full global-wide implementation in both the versions of IP addressing scheme. This is the age of fast communication where bulk of data communication occurs globally in terms of tera, peta or exa bytes etc., where trends of developing traditional desktop software changing into dynamic web-based applications, where computer networks are emerging into telecommunication networks, where wired and wireless networks are transforming into network mobility, where traditional data communication is emerging into highspeed digital audio/video streaming using video conferencing IP data streaming techniques; it sounds contemptible and abominable for waiting hours for DNS information proliferation for a single minor change. In this paper, an authoritative response from a non-authoritative DNS server is proposed and tested, through which not only request time out has been reduced but also DNS resolution time dropped to around 50% in comparison with the existing DNS resolution process.
The performance comparison of Serially Concatenated Convolutional Codes (SCCC) and Parallel Concatenated Convolutional Codes (PCCC) is evaluated on Additive White Gaussian Noise model channel, which is used as a basis, and actions of SCCC and PCCC on Raleigh faded channels are evaluated in this research work. In DCS the SCCC and PCCC are utilized to reduce the bit error rates. SCCC and PCCC encoder consists of RSCC. The major thrust is iterative decoding. This research has utilized BCJR and TDA decoding algorithms. This research analyzed SCCC and PCCC with interleaved scheme. The BPSK modulation was considered. Performance metric for SCCC and PCCC over Memory less AWGN channel, and memory based channels i.e. Rayleigh slow and fast Faded Channel is BER verses SNR.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
