Small and medium industries are industries that have the greatest potential anywhere, one of which is the tobacco processing industry in Malang. This industry has many positive impacts on society. This is because it can provide a large influence on the region, such as building job availability and can improve the local economy of the community itself. The purpose of this study was to analyze the level of productivity of the tobacco processing industry workforce at PT Indonesian Tobacco Tbk. Malang City, analyzed the level of education, wages, and age of labor productivity of the tobacco processing industry at PT Indonesian Tobacco Tbk. Malang city. This study uses primary data with questionnaire data collection methods. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression with cross-section data models. The results showed that the coefficient of determination obtained by 0.982, which means that 98.2 percent of changes in labor productivity is influenced by variables of education level, wages, and age, while 1.8 percent is caused by other factors not included in the regression equation.

Cipto Mangunkusumo, Bandar Jawa Village, Bandar District, Simalungun Regency. To obtain data through testing and observation with data collection tools such as observation sheets for children and teachers and the test as an evaluation material at the end of each cycle that aims to determine changes in the ability of children to develop affection in the fairytale method. There are several conclussions: The level of affection of children in Cycle I there were 18 children 66.67%) reached the level of completeness ≥ 70, this means the child had not reached classical completeness and was in the Fair criteria. While in Cycle II there were 23 children who had reached mastery levels ≥ 70 (85.18%). So in Cycle II an increase in affection which has reached the Good category.</p>
This study aims to determine the direct and indirect effects of China's exports and imports on Indonesia's economic growth through the exchange rate during 2000-2019. The method used is a quantitative approach using secondary data obtained from the publications of the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), World Bank Data, and the International Monetary Fund (IMF). The analytical tool used is path analysis. Data is processed through E-views. The results of this study show that directly Indonesia-China exports had a positive and significant impact on Indonesia's economic growth. While, directly Indonesia-China imports did not have a significant effect on Indonesia's economic growth. Indirectly Indonesia-China exports and imports have no significant effect on Indonesia's economic growth through the exchange rate.
The purpose of this study was to determine the real impact of the covid019 pandemic on the income of coffee farmers and the strategies taken by coffee farmers in Baturetno Village, Dampit District, Malang Regency. The population in this study were 723 coffee farmers. The research sample was taken intentionally. The data analysis technique in this study is the analysis of the paired sample t-test difference test and descriptive analysis. The results showed that, based on the results of the different paired sample t-test, the following results were obtained: (1) there was a significant difference between income before the covid-19 pandemic and during the covid-19 pandemic. (2) The strategy taken by coffee farmers to maintain their business is to carry out promotions via online or digital platforms, process products before they are marketed, change business strategies, survive and continue agricultural activities as usual.
