Kuliah Pengabdian Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan ilmu yang bersifat ihterdisipliner sehingga mampu menambahkan pengetahuan sekaligus meningkatkan ketrampilan mahasiswa dalam mengembangkan potensi dilingkungan masyarakat Desa Tanjung Agung  yaitu mengangkat potensi buah durian mahasiswa KPM Metro adakan pengelolahan Durian terutama dalam hal peningkatan produksi, dan pemasarannya. KPM dilaksanakan mulai tanggal Januari-Februari 2020 menggunakan metode Participatory Action Research. transfer IPTEK digelar dengan tata cara pembuatan beberapa jenis makanan olahan berbahan baku buah durian.

This study aims to analyze how the consequences of the weaknesses of the contract concept as stated in the KHES, and how the solutions to the weaknesses of the contract concept are. This research is a qualitative research library research (literature review) with a descriptive-analytical approach which is strengthened by primary and secondary data sources, while the data analysis techniques used are inductive, deductive, and comparative. The results showed that the consequences of the weaknesses of the contract concept in KHES were; Different interpretations, Sharia economic disputes are not resolved, the parties are harmed and do not provide massive information. While the solution to the weakness of the concept of the contract in article 25 paragraph (2) is that the solution to the clarity of the meaning of sighat al aqd is to provide a comparison with the sighat al-aqd that is in muamalah fiqih as KHES absorption adheres to these rules. More precisely, the contract must be carried out clearly, in oral, written and/or art form, and for the harmony of the mudharabah agreement Article 232 it is customary to add the object of the contract, and the main purpose of the contract as one of the pillars in the contract, as well as adding the provisions of the qardul hasan contract to book II. in chapter XXVII, also provides limitations in article 607, while article 347 must provide clarity in detail.

: Until now, the world is still shocked by the Covid-19 virus pandemic, including Indonesia. In Indonesia alone, positive cases of Covid-19 have reached 1.2 million people with the number of deaths reaching 32,656 people and 1 million people have been confirmed cured. One way to prevent virus transmission is to wash your hands with soap in accordance with established rules or protocols. Washing your hands frequently and in an appropriate manner (for at least 40 seconds) is one of the most important steps to prevent COVID-19 infection. The purpose of this outreach activity is to support the government to prevent the spread of Covid-19 by implementing washing hands with soap and providing understanding to children about the importance of washing hands. The research was conducted by giving materials to children and the practice of washing hands using soap in running water to the children of RW 01 and providing a place to wash hands in front of the posko as an example of implementing hand washing. This activity was carried out so that children were aware of the dangers of Covid-19 and so they could anticipate the spread of Covid-19. This activity can also have a positive impact on children so that they can implement hand washing activities with soap in their daily lives. There are still children who do not know and memorize the steps for washing hands with soap.

Hukum wadh’i  merupakan Ilmu yang mendefinisikan hukum Islam yaitu usul fikih.Fokus penelitian ini(1)Bagaimana pengertian Hukum Wadh’i (2)Sebutkan macam-macamnya (3)Apa perbedaan Hukum Wadh’i dengan Hukum Taklifi (4)Bagaimana keterkaitannya dengan  Hukum Taklifi. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa: (1) Hukum wadh’i adalah perintah Allah yang berkaitan dengan penetapan sesuatu sebagai sebab, syarat, atau penghalang bagi yang lain. (2) Macam-macam Hukum wadh’i ada tiga, yaitu sebab, syarat, dan mani’. Sementara itu, menurut sebagian ulama ada yang berpendapat bahwa hukum wadh’i tidak hanya mengandung tiga macam sebagaimana yang dijelaskan diatas, tetapi juga termasuk dalam hukum wadh’i ialah Azimah dan rukhsah, sah dan batal. (3) jika Hukum at-taklif  merupakan tuntutan langsung pada mukkallaf untuk dilaksanakan, ditinggalkan, atau melakukan pilihan untuk berbuat atau tidak berbuat.Maka hukum al-wadh’i ditujukan kepada manusia mana saja, baik telah mukallaf, maupun belum, seperti anak kecil dan orang gila. (4) Kaitan hukum Taklifi dengan hukum Wadh’i, Berdasarkan penjelasan diatas kita dapat memahami bahwa, pembagian hukum Syariah menjadi dua hukum di atas, maka sangat memungkinkan ada suatu perbuatan yang secara taklifi hukumnya haram, namun secara wadh’i hukumnya sah. Sebab haram dan sah adalah dua “jenis” hukum yang berbeda dan pada hakikatnya tidak terkait satu sama lain.

In simple terms, impact can be interpreted as influence or effect. In every decision taken by someone usually has its own impact, both positive and negative impacts. At present the development of women in entering the labor market is increasingly widespread, this is motivated by the increasing needs of the family which results in women working in various sectors. This of course has an impact on women. The positive impact that women feel is that they can help ease the burden on their husbands in earning a living, can prosper their families and can develop their potential. Meanwhile, the negative impact is the lack of time for the family. The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of working women in increasing household income. This research is a fieldresearch, this research method uses descriptive qualitative research. The data sources used primary data sources and secondary data sources, with 8 research subjects, 1 owner and 7 female workers. Based on the results of this study, the researcher can conclude that women can participate in increasing household income, increasing here does not mean being the only pillar of household income, but women only help with deficiencies or help increase family economic income. So that this can have a significant impact on women, especially for themselves and their families.
