Global warming resulting in climate change has become a new disaster in the world. One of the changes in climate is the rise of sea water to land surface, which causes tidal flooding. One area that experienced tidal flooding was Kawunganten District, Cilacap, Central Java Province. The area is traversed by the Parit River with the river estuary located in Ujungmanik Village. The problem of tidal flooding in Kawunganten District can be overcome by constructing a moveable weir in the estuary of the Parit River. In planning on the moveable weir, a hydrological analysis is needed to determine the flood discharge plan. Rainfall data used as a basis for calculation of flood discharge at the study site is rainfall data from 3 observation stations namely Cilacap Station, Majenang Station and Ujungbarang Station with the recording period from 2009 to 2018. Calculation of rainfall plan is done using the Pearson Log Method III with a value of T100 = 165.463 mm. The results of the calculation of the flood discharge plan with the haspers method Q100 = 280.989 m3/sec, while the weduwen method Q100 = 132.804 m3/sec and the HSS Nakayasu method Q100 = 102.444. Furthermore, an analysis of tides on the coast of Cilacap Regency with the results of MWL (Mean Water Level) = 110 cm, LWL (Low Water Level) = 20 cm, HWL (High Water Level) = 220 cm.

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu: 1) Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis peranan kepolisian dalam penertiban penambangan emas tanpa izin (PETI) di PT Antam Tbk Kabupaten Bogor, 2) Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis kendala penegakan hukum yang dihadapi oleh Kepolisian dalam penertiban penambangan emas tanpa izin (PETI) di PT Antam Tbk Kabupaten Bogor. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian yuridis normatif yang melakukan pendekatan kualitatif yang melihat dan menganalisis norma-norma hukum dalam peraturan perundang-undangan yang ada. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu: 1) Peranan kepolisian dalam penertiban penambangan emas tanpa izin (PETI) di PT Antam Tbk Kabupaten Bogor yaitu Pores Bogor dan Polda Jabar dan TNI dan istansi terkait melakukan upaya-upaya seperti sosialisasi,   pre-emtif dan preventif serta represif. Upaya pre emtif dengan mengadakan sosialisasi penertiban PETI di PT Antam sekaligus mengajak seluruh stake holder berpartisipasi serta mendukung penertiban PETI di PT Antam, ngariung bareng polisi dan dilanjutkan penandatanganan surat pernyataan akan membongkar sendiri alat gelundungan. Upaya preventif yaitu mengadakan patroli skala besar (gabungan TNI, Polri, Pemda dan Kejaksaan serta security Antam). Upaya Represif dengan melakukan penangkapan dan menyidikan hukum terhadap gurandil dalam rangka penegakan hukum, 2) Kendala penegakan hukum yang dihadapi oleh Kepolisian dalam penertiban penambangan emas tanpa izin (PETI) di PT Antam Tbk Kabupaten Bogor yaitu faktor substansi perundang-undangan, faktor aparat penegak hukumnya, faktor sarana dan prasarana, faktor budaya hukum masyarakat

Abstrak: Payment gateway menjadi sangat populer dikala pandemi seperti saat ini. Dengan payment gateway kita dapat melakukan pembayaran kemana saja tanpa harus menggunakan uang fisik. Hal ini didukung oleh kebijakan pemerintah untuk mengurangi pertemuan fisik dengan orang lain. Ar-raihan banyuwangi adalah salah satu outlet yang menyediakan jasa retail dan cafe yang menawarkan banyak barang, sehingga banyak transaksi yang dilakukan tiap harinya. Dengan keadaan seperti itu maka untuk mendukung kebijakan pemerintah dibutuhkan suatu metode pembayaran yang tidak mengharuskan bertemunya bertemunya pedagang dalam hal ini pegawai outlet dengan para konsumen. Dengan demikian pembayaran yang harus dilakukan dapat dicek sendiri oleh konsumen. Begitupun dengan vendor penerima pembayaran yang dimiliki oleh fitur pembayaran. With a payment gateway, we can make payments anywhere without having to use physical money. This was supported by government policies to reduce physical encounters with other people. Ar-Raihan Banyuwangi is one of the outlets that provide retail and cafe services that offer a lot of goods so that many transactions are carried out every day. With such circumstances, to support government policy a payment method is needed that does not require the meeting of traders, in this case, outlet employees with consumers. General Election (Pemilihan Umum/Umum) is an arena for political parties to fight for seats in parliament through various political campaign strategies they carry out. The success of the Prosperous Justice Party (PKS) Bandung City in obtaining the majority of 13 seats in the 2019 Election is an interesting political case to study. This study aims to describe and analyze the political marketing strategies that the legislative candidates from the Prosperous Justice Party (PKS) of Bandung City carry out. Using the marketing mix theory, this study looks at 4 dimensions, namely Product, Place, Price, and Promotion. A descriptive-qualitative approach is applied. This study conducts interviews with representatives of the former PKS candidates who were the members of the parliament of Bandung City in the period of 2019-2024. This study indicates that PKS candidates for the City of Bandung Parliament have succeeded in implementing a marketing mix strategy. They employ it effectively and efficiently and reach a wider and more inclusive segment. They also apply campaign narratives that are close to voter's needs through direct marketing strategies.
