In this article, the P(AM/A-b-CD/DMDAAC) is used as flocculant. The synthesis and characterization of the cationic polyacrylamide flocculant modified by b-cyclodextrin have been studied in the early article. This article stresses its excellent flocculated performance and mechanism. In the flocculated process, the bridging flocculation played a dominant role. Through the flocculation experiments, it can be seen that the flocculating rate of the P(AM/A-b-CD/DMDAAC) on four solutions can go up to 93.4%, 89.7%, 85.1%, and 96.7%, respectively. As can be seen from experiment data, the flocculated property of P(AM/A-b-CD/DMDAAC) is superior to polyacrylamide and poly (dimethyl diallyl ammonium chloride).
This paper investigates the effect of Simotang oral liquid on functional dyspepsia of incoordination between the liver and the spleen and gastrointestinal hormone. The research objects were the 100 patients with functional dyspepsia treated in our hospital from January 2014 to October 2015. They were randomly divided into observation group (n = 50 cases) and control group (n = 50 cases) according to even number-odd method. The control group were treated with domperidone tablets in the treatment, and the observation group were treated with Simotang oral liquid. After 2 weeks of treatment, compare the motilin, gastric emptying situation and symptoms as well as plasma substance P of two groups of patients. The overall response rate of functional dyspepsia of incoordination between the liver and the spleen for observation group was 80% while the control group was 72%. Compare the two groups, we can see the difference was not statistically significant, p> 0.05. After treatment, the nausea, epigastric fullness and abdominal pain and other symptoms of patients were significantly lower than that before treatment, and the difference was significant, which was statistically significant, p> 0.05. The observation group was significantly better than the control group, and the difference was significant, which was statistically significant, p> 0.05. The total effective rate of gastric emptying in patients in the observation group was 76%, and that in the control group was 68%, respectively. The difference was not statistically significant, p> 0.05. That patients with functional dyspepsia of incoordination between the liver and the spleen use Simotang oral treatment is safe and effective, which can effectively promote gastrointestinal emptying and regulate motilin and substance P.
Objective: To investigate the application effect of Guiping Tongqiao Decoction combined with Xinqi Granules in patients with allergic rhinitis. Methods: Eighty-three patients with allergic rhinitis in our hospital were divided into two groups according to the random number table method. Both groups were treated with loratadine. 41 patients in the control group were given Xinqi granules on the basis of loratadine, and 42 patients were in the observation group. On the basis of the control group, Guiping Tongqiao Decoction was administered. The clinical efficacy, scores of symptoms before and after treatment (sneezing, nasal itching, runny nose), and the changes of serum immunoglobulin E (IgE) and Th1/Th2 levels were compared. And statistics the incidence of adverse reactions are in the two groups. Results: The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.24% (40/42), which was higher than 75.61% (31/41) of the control group (P<0.05). The symptoms of sneezing, nasal itching, salivation, and serum were observed in the observation group after 2 weeks of treatment. The level of lgE was lower than that of the control group, and the Th1/Th2 level was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions was 11.90% (5/42) in the observation group and 7.32% (3/41) in the control group. No statistical significance (P>0.05). Conclusion: Xinqi granules combined with Guiping Tongqiao Decoction can improve the serum lgE, Th1/Th2 levels in patients with allergic rhinitis, improve the clinical symptoms, and have good curative effect and high safety.
