Cast iron is a high-carbon iron-carbon alloy. Cast iron is difficult to weld because of the high carbon concentration. A good connection necessitates the application of specific strategies and processes. This study investigates the effect of current strength on the mechanical properties of tensile strength and impact toughness of cast iron welded joints. The main materials used are gray cast iron and CIN 3 filler.The welding process uses an AC TIG welding machine. The welding seam is made of a single V with an angle of 70 o , and the electric current variations are 80A, 90A, and 100A, respectively. Tensile testing is carried out with a UTM machine referring to ASTM E8M, while the Charpy impact test refers to ASTM E23. From the study results, it was found that the higher the use of electric current resulted in the mechanical properties of the tensile strength and impact toughness of the weld being also higher, which occurred at 100A electric current, reaching 181.05 MPa and 0.22 J/mm 2 .

Therefore, this study intends to find out the representative contract that occurs in the process of using this service. The research methodology used is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach through inductive mindset analysis. Primary data sources were obtained through interviews, while secondary data were obtained from library literature, print media, and electronics. In this study, one party was found to be the representative of another party to carry out a business or work Because a driver is a provider of services oriented to business or work, then in the context of him as a representative of the customer, of course the driver will ask for a number of wages (ujrah) for the work submitted to him.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui panggung depan (front page) atau panggung belakang (back stage) dari seorang sales promotion girls. penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan studi dramaturgi. Teknik yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah wawancara mendalam terhadap subjek penelitian, serta melakukan observasi langsung terhadap subjek. Temuan penelitian ini adalah kehidupan seorang sales promotion girls merupakan satu topik utama yang dibicarakan di masyarakat yang awam dengan pekerjaan ini dan menimbulkan asumsi yang negatif. Ada sebagian seorang SPG yang berperilaku keluar dari aturan atau norma-norma yang bertentangan di masyarakat kita, baik itu secara sosial, budaya, maupun agama, di sini ia memakai pakaian yang begitu senonoh yang apabila dilihat masyarakat luar akan memberikan kesan negatif bagi pencitraan dirinya. Semuanya ia lakukan karena menuntut keprofesionalan pekerjaannya dan yang tidak lain karena kebutuhan financial atau kebutuhan materi. Akan tetapi, kita sebagai penonton tidak bisa memandang sebelah mata terhadap seorang SPG tersebut. Sementara penelitian ini merekomendasikan sebaiknya masyarakat agar tidak mudah untuk menilai seseorang. Khalayak tidak bisa menyimpulkan segala sesuatu dengan kasat mata tanpa mengetahui benar-benar bagaimana keseharian orang itu di belakang layar, karena bisa saja apa yang dilakukan di depan layar dikarenakan tuntutan profesi bukan karena ia yang sebenarnya.
Selama proses penulisan skripsi, peran dosen pembimbing sangat dibutuhkan agar penyelesaiannya tepat waktu sehingga kualitas skripsi terjaga. Salah satu permasalahan dalam penentuan dosen pembimbing skripsi S1 ilmu komputer Universitas Bumigora adalah adanya unsur subyektifitas ketua prodi dalam penentuan dosen pembimbing skripsi. Tidak hanya itu, proses pemilihan dosen pembimbing dilakukan secara manual sehingga dapat memakan waktu lama dan dapat memperlambat pengerjaan skripsi mahasiswa. Pengerjaan skripsi mahasiswa menjadi terlambat dan tidak tepat waktu, jika topik skripsinya tidak sesuai dengan kompetensi dosen. Penelitian ini bertujuan implementasi metode cosine similarity untuk rekomendasi dosen pembimbing skripsi S1 ilmu komputer Universitas Bumigora. Tahapan penelitian ini terdiri dari pengumpulan dokumen skripsi, pra-pengolahan teks (Case Folding, Tokenization, Filtering, Stemming), Pembobotan kata dengan TF-IDF, implementasi metode cosine similarity, dan pengujian akurasi. Data yang digunakan sebanyak 113 dokumen skripsi yang terbagi sebagai data training sebanyak 90 dokumen dan data testing 23 dokumen. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian pada data testing, metode cosine similarity dapat merekomendasikan dosen pembimbing secara benar sebanyak 21 dari 23 dokumen skripsi dengan akurasi sebesar 91.3%. Dengan demikian, metode cosine similiarity dapat diterapkan pada kasus pemilihan dosen pembimbing skripsi S1 ilmu komputer Universitas Bumigora karena memiliki akurasi yang sangat baik
Objectives: The research aims to find out if job motivation and organizational culture affect the development of organizational citizen behaviors (OCBs) through employee performance.Methodology: The research was conducted in one of Gorontalo Province’s, with a population of 2,262 employees, and questionnaires were distributed to 260 employees in various departments who volunteered to be respondents; sampling was based on Slovins Formula. Processing data with Structural Equation Model (SEM) and AMOS.Finding: The findings indicated that motivation affected employee performance, organizational culture did not affect performance, motivation had no effect on OCB, organizational culture had no effect on OCB, and employee performance had no effect on organizational culture's influence on OCB.Conclusion: These findings can be explained by the fact that the work incentive used thus far is intrinsic, providing encouragement and inspiration for all employees to improve performance. Organizational culture has not affected employee performance, indicating that the organizational culture employed thus far has been result-oriented and ineffectively applied.
