This study measures the success of the COVID-19 Handling Information System in carrying out the government's online public relations function to Makassar City community. Measurements were made through community assessments obtained from questionnaires distributed online through social media and conversation applications. The questionnaire was prepared based on the government's public relations function. There were 170 people who participated in this study. Results of the study indicated that the implementation of the government public relations function on infocorona.makassar.go.id was categorised "quite successful" with a success value of 2.86.

The Sha'ban tradition carried out in Krapyak village is a local cultural mandate which is carried out once a year. Shabanan tradition which has many hidden meanings in it, the researcher chooses the village Krapyak to reveal the sya'banan tradition in Krapyak village, North Pekalongan sub-district to find out how the meaning or relationship of the sya'banan tradition for the people of Krapyak Village, North Pekalongan District.This research was conducted in Krapyak Village. Research subjectis a member of the Krapyak Village Community. While the object of research is improvement. The phenemenological or symbolic meaning of the Sya'banan tradition in Krapyak village. Research conductedis a type of qualitative research with the method used to analyze the data, namely observation, interviews and documentation. The technique that used to analyze is descriptive qualitative.The results of this study suggest the implementation of the sya'banan tradition in the village of Krapyak, North Pekalongan District, this Sya'banan tradition was held on 14-15 Sha'ban with a series of events starting with reading the Qur'an together which is carried out in all mosques and mosques in Indonesia here, then continued with the khotmil of the Qur'an and the reading of the next prayer followed by the reading of sholawat and then after Isha the community begins to prepare food or drinks at home for open house events such as when Eid is entertaining guests who come to fill this shabanan tradition some residents who fast in the month of Sha'ban in the hope that when Fasting is appointed by Allah.
