The workshop on legal advocacy and public policy for the Lembaga Advokasi dan Kajian Hukum Pimpinan Cabang Ikatan Mahasiswa Muhammadiyah Bantul is an activity of the Muhammadiyah Association-Based Community Service Program (PPM-Muhammadiyah) with the title Empowering Muhammadiyah Young Cadres in Legal Advocacy and Public Policy. This workshop was conducted to answer and provide solutions to the weaknesses of the cadres of LAKH PC IMM Bantul, namely: the lack of understanding of legal cases and public policies, lack of ability to carry out legal strategies and advocacy efforts on legal and public policy problems that occur in the community, as well as the lack of legal advocacy and public policy actions. This workshop focused on explaining the basics of advocacy, functions of advocacy, targets of advocacy, steps and schemes of advocacy on case law and public policy, strategies of advocacy, and requirements for someone to advocate for law and public policy. On the other hand, it also describes the constitutional rights of citizens and the problems of rules and regulations and public policies in Indonesia, especially local laws and regulations. The Legal and policy advocacy focused on advocacy (procedural law) in judicial institutions (district courts, Supreme Court, Constitutional Court, and others are also comprehensively presented. The most exciting thing is that the exposure to various legal cases and public policies and their advocacy approach has provided a strong understanding for the participants.

Abstrak: Program pengabdian Muhammadiyah ini merupakan upaya peningkatan pemahaman integritas kader muda Muhammadiyah sebagai pemegang estafet kepemimpinan Indonesia dan Muhammadiyah kedepan. Pengabdian ini dilatarbelakangi problem menurunnya integritas pejabat negara yang berdampak secara langsung pada integritas kader muda, seperti perilaku korupsi, penyuapan, pelecehan seksual, dan selingkuh, dan lainnya. Metode pengabdian dilakukan dengan metode M3R, yaitu: musyawarah dan rencana program, realisasi atau implementasi program, dan rawat (evaluasi dan monitoring program) dengan mitra pengabdian: DPD IMM DIY, Rumah Muda Integritas, dan IMM Komfak Hukum UMY dengan jumlah peserta 30 orang. Hasil pengabdian ini adalah peningkatan pemahaman mengenai dakwah hukum dan etika (integritas) melalui sekolah integritas. Sekolah integritas ini merupakan upaya membangun integritas melalui perspektif berfikir dengan mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai Al Islam - Kemuhammadiyahan dan nilai-nilai kebangsaan secara terpadu berdasarkan Pancasila dan UUD 1945. Berdasarkan hasil ujian pretest dan posttest, terdapat peningkatan pemahaman sebesar 15% mengenai tema-tema integritas, nilai-nilai integritas, integritas konstitusi, integritas penegak hukum, dan lainnya. Dalam konteks kelembagaan, hasilnya adalah terbentuknya perkumpulan Rumah Muda Integritas yang diakui sebagai badan hukum oleh negara dan terdaftar di Kemenkumham Republik Indonesia.Abstract: The Muhammadiyah community service program aims to build the intellectual/ knowledge and integrity of young Muhammadiyah cadres for future leadership of Indonesia and Muhammadiyah. This community service is motivated by the declining integrity of state officials, which impacts young cadres' integrity, such as corrupt behavior, bribery, sexual harassment, and cheating. It used the M3R method: deliberation and program planning (Musyawarah dan Rencana), program realization or implementation (Realisasi), and Rawat (program evaluation and monitoring) with service partners: DPD IMM DIY, Rumah Muda Integritas, and IMM Komfak Hukum UMY with 30 participants. The result of this service is an effort to increase understanding of integrity by the "School of integrity." It is media for developing legal and ethical (integrity) of Islamic da'wah while building a thinking perspective by integrating the values of Al Islam-Kemuhammadiyahan and national values based on the Pancasila and UUD 1945 in an integrated manner. Based on the pretest and posttest results, there was an increase in understanding of 15% regarding the themes of integrity, integrity values, constitutional integrity, law enforcement integrity, and others. In the institutional context, the result is establishing a Rumah Muda Integritas association registered by the Ministry of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia.
