Today's in digital era, all sectors use technology to develop production and increase sales, including Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises. But in fact, many obstacles are faced, for example, existing human resources cannot use technology and information, the high cost of technology procurement, lack of references, and so on. The purpose of this Community Service activity is to provide additional knowledge to MSME actors in the South Tangerang Buaran Exit, about the use of digital marketing and digital markets, so that they can overcome the problem of declining sales due to the Covid-19 pandemic. The method of service activities is carried out by explaining the material and sharing experiences. In practice, exposure activities are carried out by displaying material in the form of slideshows, pictures, and videos. Meanwhile, the experience sharing session was carried out by showing directly how to do digital marketing in the digital market, such as how to register and open a digital store at Shopee, Tokopedia, Bukalapak, and so on. Then it is also explained, how to get competitive products from the marketplace. This activity was held for three days, Tuesday 05 October 2021 to 07 October 2021. Argumentatively the results of this activity became a reference for the participants on how to do business in the digital era. So that the participants gain knowledge, which makes them aware of the importance of adapting. In addition, this activity spurred the spirit of doing business with a new model, namely further optimizing online sales in the digital market.
Kegiatan pegabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mentransfer pengetahuan bagaimana cara Bisnis Online UKM Ds.Cilengka Kec, Pagedangan.Kab ,Tangerang -Banten Tangerang agar dapat meningkatkan penjualan produk maupun jasa yang ditawarkan dengan menanfaatkan aplikasi buka lapak Adapun metode yang dilakukan berupa penyampian materi dalam bentuk teori presentasi dan praktik menjadi anggota dan mamasarkan produk. Metode kegiatan yang digunakan adalah bekerjasama dengan UKM Ds.Cilengka Kec, Pagedangan.Kab ,Tangerang -Banten dengan memganalisis pemasalahan yang ada di tempat tersebut sehingga dapat memberikan solusi yang tepat dalam memotivasi anggota yang adalah pelaku bisnis UKM Ds.Cilengka Kec, Pagedangan.Kab ,Tangerang -Banten. Setelah di analisis maka kami memberikan pelatihan dalam bentuk materi dan praktek yang bertujuan mengembangkan kemampuan untuk meningkatkan produktivtas bagi para anggota UKM Ds.Cilengka Kec, Pagedangan.Kab ,Tangerang –Banten.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi intrinsik terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Badan Pusat Statistik Kota Tangerang Selatan.Metode yang digunakan adalah explanatory research dengan sampel sebanyak 85 responden. Teknik analisis menggunakan analisis statistik dengan pengujian regresi, korelasi, determinasi dan uji hipotesis.Hasil penelitian ini variabel motivasi intrinsik diperoleh nilai rata-rata skor sebesar 3,396 dengan kriteria baik. Variabel kinerja pegawai diperoleh nilai rata-rata skor sebesar 3,804 dengan kriteria baik. Motivasi intrinsik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan nilai persamaan regresi Y = 11,111 + 0,793X, dan nilai koefisien korelasi 0,749 atau memiliki tingkat hubungan yang kuat dengan nilai determinasi 56,1%. Uji hipotesis diperoleh signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05.
Human resource management plays an important role for the company in order to provide maximum results while also having the best professionalism that can be relied on to achieve the company's goals and objectives, namely getting maximum profit. As the main key, human resources will determine the success of the company's activities. The demands of companies to acquire, develop and maintain quality human resources are increasingly pressing in accordance with the dynamics of the ever-changing environment. In an organization, the existence of human resources (HR) is the most important factor, so it can be seen in the reality of organizations or companies that have the same technology, work procedures and organizational structures, but the dynamics or mobility of organizations or companies differ from one another. . This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and promotion on employee performance at PT. Lasting Era Brilliant Thamrin Residence Branch". The method used is explanatory research, and hypothesis testing. With the survey technique, the questionnaire was distributed with a Likert scale. The determination technique uses saturated sampling with 50 respondents. The results showed that the obedience of an employee in the organization is strongly influenced by the amount of compensation and work rewards (in the form of a career). Statistically it shows a positive level of relationship, either partially or simultaneously. This confirms that discipline is born due to many factors, one of which is getting a decent salary and being given a better position.
Motivation is the most important factor to support the nets of a performance activity in order to increase company productivity. Providing motivation to employees is an obligation and is one part of the implementation of human resource management. Every company must have a program that has been designed in a vision and mission, both short-term programs, medium-term programs, and long-term programs. This study aims to identify the factors that motivate employees in carrying out their work, as well as find a new solution regarding expectations about the company's future. This study uses a qualitative method in which the data collection is done by interview so that it can dig deeper about the employee. As the object of this research are the employees of PT. ISS Jasa Indonesia. The results obtained from this study stated that an employee's work motivation is influenced by economic factors that are formed from work values, biographical characteristics, and personal characteristics of the informants
