The rapid development of information and communications technology is transforming the entire industry landscape, which ultimately affects the convergence sector. Financial technology also known as Fintech refers to the technology-enabled financial solution. Fintech saw today as the combination of financial service and information technology. In recent years there is numerous research dedicated to Fintech. Fintech has been classified into several categories, some categories have significantly higher traffic than others. As this research is focused on the attitude toward using Fintech for Millenials, we are using the most relevant category which is money transfer and payments. This research was investigating the influence of Brand and service trust, perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use toward attitude toward using Fintech. Taking place in a university located in Jakarta, the result of this research confirm that indeed every factor used in this research, namely brand and service trust, perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use shows a significant impact to attitude towards using Fintech.
Purpose The purpose of this paper is to determine the effect of identity strength and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) on good university governance and its impact on performance of religious ideology-based universities. Design/methodology/approach The design of this study was an explanatory design. This study had a deductive theoretical direction; therefore, the core method was quantitative. The “import” strategy served as a complement to the main method. With the time horizon, the selection of research objects in religious ideology-based universities managed by foundations, where the funds management of universities are sourced from the people, is based on the consideration that at present, the identity strength that is inherent in a higher education is funded by the people, as well as OCB is reflected in the behavior of people in the organization so that it has an impact on good university governance and performance, as described in the background at the beginning of this paper. Findings The successful the OCB is, the successful the good university governance and performance will be. The successful the good university governance is, the successful the university performance will be. In the mediation effect testing, it was found that good university governance had a significant mediation effect on relationship between OCB and university performance. It shows that good university governance strengthens the relationship between OCB and university performance. Originality/value Originality in this study is testing the mediating effect of good university governance that collaborates with OCB and performance variables, which are carried out at religious ideology-based universities in Indonesia that have different characteristics from universities in other regions. Originality in this study is as follows: good university governance and performance have been studied in a lot of previous research, but in this study, the focus of research is on religious ideology-based higher educations, where it is known that religious ideology-based universities are full with ideological values that become brands, if ideological identity used as one of the formers of good university governance and performance, it is expected that the accountability and performance of higher education will be better.
This study was conducted to validate a commercial testosterone enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) kits (DRG EIA-1559) inanalytic and biological manner for measuring serum testosterone concentrations in kacang goats. This study used 18 healthy kacang goats, sixbucks (>2 years), six kids (<6 months), and six does (>2 years). Blood samples were collected from jugular vein and prepared as serum. Twovalidation tests were performed, an analytical validation comprises a parallelism, accuracy, precision and sensitivity and a biological validationby comparing testosterone concentration from bucks, kids, and does. Testosterone concentrations were measured using ELISA technique. Data ofanalytical validation were analyzed descriptively and test of equality of slope was performed to see the parallelism between samples and standardcurves. Analysis of variance (ANOVA) was used for biological validation data. Results of parallelism showed that sample curve was parallel tothe standard curve. Accuracy, precision (% CV of intra-and inter-assay) and sensitivity of the assay were 99.65±4.27%, <10%, <15% and 0.083ng/ml, respectively. Results of biological validation showed that the assay used were accurately measured testosterone which testosteroneconcentrations in bucks were significantly higher compared to kids and does (P<0.05). In conclusion, a commercial testosterone ELISA kits(DRG EIA-1559) is a reliable assay for measuring serum testosterone concentration in kacang goats. Key words: analytical and biological validations, ELISA, testosterone, kacang goat
The aim of this research was to find out total erythrocytes count and hematocrit value of aceh and bali cattle in Leumbah Seulawah, Aceh Besar. Ten aceh cattle (5 males and 5 females with the age of 2.5-3.0 years) and ten bali cattle (5 males and 5 females aged 2.5-3.0 years) from Leumbah Seulawah, Aceh Besar were used in this research. Blood samples approximately 3 cc were collected by venoject through jugular vein. Erythrocyte counts were performed using a hemocytometer and hematocrit value were performed by microhematocrit method. The average of erythrocyte counts of male and female aceh cattle were 7.75 ±1.86 and 7.34±0.73 (106/mm3) respectively, while male and female bali cattle were 5.49±0.88 and 4.89±0.53 (106/mm3) respectively. Hematocrit value of male and female aceh cattle were 32.8±3.70 dan 32.6±207% respectively, while male and female bali cattle were 27.4±3.00 and 25.8±1.30% respectively. In conclusion, erythrocytes count and hematocrit value of aceh cattle show significant difference (P<0.01) from bali cattle.Key words: erythrocytes, hematocrit, aceh cattle, bali cattle
