This study investigates the eco-innovation variable which has the significant effect on creative industries center's performance of marble and natural stone craft sector in Tulungagung, Indonesia. The object of the study is the creative industries center with the non-renewable raw material. Mostly, the companies are in form of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) which is 'passive eco-innovator' and their eco-innovation variables have not been investigated before in terms of their influence on their performance. The respondents were 81 craftsmen taken from the population. The data were collected through questionnaires which were tested, processed and analyzed by using Consistent Partial Least Square (PLSc). The eco-innovation variables which significantly effect on innovative performance are eco-organizational innovation and eco-product innovation. Eco-process innovation and eco-marketing innovation don't directly affect on innovative performance, but its significant effect on eco-product innovation may influence innovative performance. Improving innovative performance will impact on financial performance through improvement of production performance, but market performance does not significantly affect financial performance. The findings of this study could be a reference for creative industries center's of marble and natural stone craft sector to prioritize which type of eco-innovation should be improved so that its impact on performance is more significant.

Recorded approximately 27 universities in this city is increasingly fierce competitive situation from time to time, causing many colleges difficult to increase the number of students [1]. Department of Mechanical Engineering at the University contained in Malang has not identified the quality of service and support strategy for the satisfaction level of students so as to improve the quality of students. In this research use corporation of SERVQUAL method and multiple linear regression to analyze the results of the questionnaire. This processing produces Gap values and linear regression analysis, it can be calculated the value of Servqual that known and will be prioritized for enhanced service quality. Conclusions and recommendations in order to get improved quality of improvement efforts of the priority criteria for enhanced quality service. Based on data processing using multiple linear regression analysis only tangible dimension that significantly to improve overall satisfaction. To prioritize the improvement of his physical condition improved following completion of facilities and infrastructure improvements in the information media (internet), completeness of facilities and infrastructure improvements in the lecture, the addition means supporting information, improved seating and desks Conditions comfortable class, classroom hygiene, completeness of facilities improvement and infrastructure in the library, improvement classroom air circulation, comfortable classroom temperature, comfortable classrooms lighting.

This study aimed to find out the influence of university role in the implementation of eco-innovation in the creative industry in the natural stone handicraft sector. The object of this research was the creative industry center of the marble and natural stone handicraft sub-sector in Tulungagung City, Indonesia. From the existing craftsmen population, 81 craftsmen as respondents were taken as samples. The research data was obtained by distributing questionnaires, then the data were tested, processed, and analyzed using Partial Least Square Consistent-Structural Equation Modeling (PLSc-SEM). The results of this study stated that university's role in the implementation of eco-innovation in the industry center of natural stone handicraft in Tulungagung could significantly improve eco-organizational innovation, eco-process innovation, and eco-marketing innovation. However, it was not significant in improving eco-product innovation. In order to further improve the implementation of eco-product innovation, the university role in assisting to increase eco-marketing needed to improve because of its significant influence on eco-product innovation. Later, the results of the study were developed to explain the concept of triple helix, namely the role of university, industry, and government in the implementation of eco-innovation and the performance improvement of creative industrial centers of natural stone crafts in Tulungagung Indonesia.
