RSUD X is a public organization which provides health services for patients and it is required to provide those services in accordance with the standards set by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia and the Hospital Accreditation Commission and strive to implement corporate governance to optimize its performance. This research aims to analyze the affect from the implementing corporate governance and transformational leadership style to the performance of RSUD X through work motivation as an mediating variable. This research with a quantitative and survey method used the questionnaires and audit data. The population is all employees of the State Civil Apparatus at RSUD X, which are service personnel and management/administration staff. The sampling technique that used in this research was disproportionate stratified random sampling with a sample size of 200 respondents. The data analysis method through SEM-AMOS. And the research results found: There is a simultaneous and partial affect which caused by the implementation of corporate governance, transformational leadership style and work motivation to the RSUD X performance; There is a partial positive significant affect between the implementation of corporate governance and transformational leadership style on work motivation at RSUD X. Managerial implications: By improving SIMRS, communication systems and remuneration systems.
Undang-Undang No. 44 Tahun 2009 tentang rumah sakit, rumah sakit merupakan institusi penyedia layanan kesehatan kepada masyarakat sehingga rumah sakit dituntut selalu memberikan pelayanan yang mengutamakan keselamatan pasien. Insiden keselamatan pasien masih menjadi masalah utama sebagai salah satu indikator Peningkatan Mutu dan Keselamatan Pasien. Tujuan penelitian ini mengetahui Penerapan Total Quality Management untuk mencapai indikator keselamatan pasien dan meningkatkan mutu keselamatan pasien dengan Budaya Keselamatan Pasien di RSU Gunung Sawo Temanggung. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif. Peningkatan kualitas di RSU Gunung Sawo Temanggung berdasarkan hasil temuan penelitian dilakukan secara bertahap menjadi semakin lebih baik dari hari ke hari. Kegiatan operasional tenaga non-medis di RSU Gunung Sawo Temanggung berjalan sesuai dengan pedoman-pedoman atau regulasi-regulasi yang telah ditetapkan. Pencapaian dan upaya mempertahankan perbaikan terhadap mutu dan keselamatan pasien dilakukan RSU Gunung Sawo Temanggung berdasar atas hasil capaian mutu. In the management of hospital management, it appears that there are problems in terms of nurses' work performance that is not optimal. This is thought to be influenced by various factors, including competence, workload, and knowledge management. So this study aims to describe, analyze, and determine the effect of competence, workload, and knowledge management on the performance of nurses at Mitra Medika Hospital Pontianak. This study analyzed the problem, using 148 respondents. The data collection technique used a survey method with a closed questionnaire. Data analysis was carried out by path analysis using SPSS software version 18.00. From the results of the study, it was found that the competence variable had an influence on work performance with a beta value of 0.316, a significance of 0.000; Workload has no effect on work performance with a beta value of 0.086, a significance of 0.86; Knowledge management has a significant effect on work performance with a beta value of 0.525, a significance of 0.000. Knowledge management is the variable with the most dominant influence on work performance.
