The problems of the socio-economic development of Russia, as well as the problems associated with law enforcement that exist today, are associated with many factors that have their roots since the collapse of the Soviet Union, as well as a result of subsequent reforms, crises, total economic changes and other factors ... Currently, the pandemic is having a big impact. In addition, the development of modern society is influenced by the processes of globalization and digitalization, which resulted in a reassessment of values, changes in education, culture, and legal aspects of society. This monograph is a collective work of teachers and students of the Department of Economic Security, Accounting and Law of the Don State Technical University and the Department of Analysis of Economic Activity and Forecasting of the Rostov State Economic University (RINH).
