Abstract— MSMEs are one of the importance elements in supporting the national economy. The sustainability of MSMEs must be maintained and developed. For this reason, it is necessary business feasibility studies. Furthermore, more important for MSME entrepreneurs to know is the importance of making simple accountancy. So, making decisions can more easy, comprehensive, and focus. The use of financial report or simple accountancy make easy entrepreneurs of MSME and others partner for analyze that MSMEs performance. This activity use lecture method and making simple accountancy practice directly. The participant of this activity are society of Dempelan village, both entrepreneurs and nonentrepreneurs. This activity had attended enthusiastically society of Dempelan village. It was caused that society got new knowledge about simple accountancy and making business feasibility study. Business feasibility study are very important to thie entrepreneurs, so they know their business position in market and future prospects. Keywords—: Accountancy; MSME; business feasibility study.
Background – Supervision of employees needs to be done optimally in order to achieve company goals. Supervision of employee attendance due to frequent absenteeism requires company action to be able to discipline employees. For example, the use of a fingerprint attendance machine in the Madiun City Regional Secretariat. Purpose – To know about the effect of effectiveness of fingerprint attendance application on employee discipline as measured using practical dimensions, accurate dimensions, and security dimensions. Design/ Methodology/ Approach – This research is quantitative research. The samples in this research are all of Madiun City Regional Secretariat employee. Their fingerprints have been recorded by the company. They numbered 159 people. Sampling technique use saturated sample. Data analysis in this research use multiple linier regression analysis. Result and discussion – This research result show that practical dimension, accurate dimension, and security dimension effect to discipline of work employee, partially and simultaneously in the Madiun City Regional Secretariat. Accurate dimension is dominant variable. Research Implication - The results of this study can be used as a reference in conducting performance appraisals and employee supervision. Limitations - This research was conducted at the Madiun City Regional Secretariat and is devoted to employees whose fingerprints have been registered on the fingerprint attendance machine.
Semakin pesatnya perkembangan teknologi serta semakin terbatasnya lapangan pekerjaan membuat persaingan dalam dunia kerja semakin tinggi. Angkatan kerja dihadapkan pada berbagai kondisi yang sulit terlebih karena adanya pandemi di tahun 2020 ini. Banyak sektor industri yang tertekan sehingga berdampak pada berkurangnya lowongan pekerjaan. Ini tentunya semakin diperparah oleh kondisi di mana jumlah angkatan kerja terus-menerus meningkat seiring semakin bertambahnya jumlah lulusan baik dari perguruan tinggi maupun sekolah menengah atas. Untuk itu, penting sekali program peningkatan kompetensi bagi para lulusan melalui beberapa kegiatan pelatihan dan kursus. Salah satu kegiatan dapat dilakukan dengan pemberian training program career preparation. Career preparation adalah program yang dilakukan untuk memberikan materi berupa persiapan karir seperti pembuatan curriculum vitae yang menarik, pembuatan akun Linkedin, pelatihan wawancara serta materi tentang sosialisasi kursus gratis yang bisa diakses dari rumah. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan sebagai bentuk respon atas permasalahan yang terjadi di masyarakat khususnya pada kelompok nonformal. Dengan berkolaborasi, tim pelaksana memilih kelompok sasaran yang memiliki permasalahan dalam hal persiapan tantangan karir. Tujuan dari program ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan peserta dalam menghadapi tantangan dunia kerja yang semakin berat saat ini. Sasaran program training ini adalah anggota IOSON Lingkar Penggerak. IOSON Lingkar Penggerak merupakan organisasi nonformal yang bergerak di bidang kemanusiaan yang anggotanya sebagian besar berusia 16-30 tahun. Metode kegiatan pelatihan dilaksanakan secara daring melalui aplikasi Zoom Cloud Meeting dan dibagi dalam beberapa sesi. Hasil yang diharapkan dari kegiatan ini adalah meningkatnya kemampuan peserta dalam menyusun curriculum vitae yang menarik, mampu memanfaatkan aplikasi Linkedin untuk menemukan lowongan pekerjaan, serta memiliki kemampuan yang bagus dalam menghadapi wawancara kerja
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gender, Sourcing Channels, dan placement terhadap kinerja karyawan PT BPR Ekadharma Bhinaraharja. Jumlah responden sebanyak 69 karyawan PT BPR Ekadharma Bhinaraharja di Kawedanan Magetan. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara jenuh. Metode analisis yang digunakan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan program SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan gender tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, Sourcing Channels berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan placement berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Model yang terbentuk dari penelitian ini yaitu sebesar 59,5%, sisanya sebesar 40,5% dibentuk oleh variabel-variabel yang lain.
Abstract— The general difference between conventional capital markets and Islamic capital markets can see in the instruments and transactio mechanism, while the difference of Sharia stock index value with conventional stock index value lies in the criteria of the issuer’s shares that must meet the basic principles of sharia. The aim of this research is 1) to know average difference of return between Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) with IDX30 in bullish and bearish period, 2) to know the difference of return between Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) with IDX30 in bullish and bearish period through Sharpe Index approach. The research type is explanatory research. This research use all of go public companies on Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) from 2014-2018. Sampling in this research use purposive sampling. The classic assumption test uses normality and homogeneity test. Data analysis method use independent sample T-test. The research result show that no average difference of return of portfolio investment performance in the 2014-2018 period between Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) with IDX30 in the bullish and bearish period. Portfolio investment performance in the 2014-2018 period show no average difference of return between Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) with IDX30 through Sharpe index approach in the bullish and bearish period.
