The present research paper considers the way of automation of control systems of life support processes and service delivery processes at the infrastructure facilities of the passenger complex, in a single information space, through digital platforms. This issue is relevant, as progress is at the stage of formation of the industrial revolution and the constant technological overturn. Digitization of boundaries, technologies, technical, technological, and organizational processes involved in providing services for passengers, in the work of station complexes, will allow effective management of engineering networks, minimizing gaps in the infrastructure and processes of transport systems. The work considers the transition from manual (personalized) labor at station complexes to an automated system as a whole, in the new construction or reconstruction, or commissioning of local digital facilities related to passenger services.
Purpose: Formation of the system of transport potential and universalization of a railway and urban (municipal) transport system for a passenger flow according to “dry feet” principle. Methods: The main tools for the analysis and management of a passenger complex at implementation of ongoing activities are: cause-and-effect links, algorithmization, mapping, data analysis, etc. Results: Variant for organization and implementation of ergonomic and rational planning of space of railway and urban environment by the method of passenger flow organization based on the principle of “dry feet” is presented. Practical importance: using the obtained algorithm (sequence) as an example, to provide a client with an unhindered and comfortable pass along an entire route: from a route beginning, along a route, during transfers and a route end regardless of transport mode used.
Currently, container transportation is one of the modern and convenient ways to deliver goods. This is the most progressive way to optimize transport processes. The use of containers in multimodal transportation of goods contributes to the inclusion of Russia in the transport network of the world, expands the possibilities of using the transit potential of our country, and increases the competitiveness of the domestic transport system. The main advantage of transportation of goods in containers is the possibility of their transfer to adjacent modes of transport without reloading the cargo. This is very important in the interaction of sea and rail transport, at the points of interaction between a port station and a seaport. The use of terminals when reloading containers from one mode of transport to another can also be more efficient compared to a number of other cargo flows. It would be relevant to study the change in the dynamics of container traffic transported by rail and sea in the Russian Federation, as the most promising in the context of the predicted growth of post-pandemic world trade. The result of the article was an analysis of the dynamics of container turnover over several years, and graphs were drawn up of changes in the volume of container transportation in TEU by rail and sea transport. Used public access materials and official sites, research by various scientists.
