The excited states of 37Ar, populated in the 34S(α,nγ)37Ar reaction at Eα = 10, 12 and 14 MeV have been studied by γ-spectroscopy methods. The spin values 9/2(-), 7/2(-), 11/2(-) and 9/2(+) are proposed for excited 37Ar states at 3 184, 3 526, 3 706 and 4 021 keV, respectively.
The excited states of 37Cl, populated in the 34S(α,pγ)37Cl reaction at Eα = 10, 12 and 14 MeV have been studied by γ-spectroscopy methods. The spin values 5/2(+), 9/2(-) and 11/2(-) are determined for excited 37Cl states at 3 087, 4 009 and 4 545 keV respectively.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
