В монографии рассматриваются основные направления становления, проблемы и перспективы развития теории экономической безопасности в России. В процессе исследования использованы методы эволюционно-институциональной теории с применением исторического подхода, системной парадигмы и аналитической оценки. На основе применения названных методов проводится анализ истории появления понятия экономическая безопасность. Проведен морфологический анализ определений «экономическая безопасность» и на его основе сделаны авторские уточнения этого определения. В работе исследуются понятие, внешние и внутренние угрозы экономической безопасности предприятия. Проведен теоретический анализ понятия «угроза экономической безопасности», определены особенности регионов России, влияющие на уровень экономической безопасности, сформирован перечень основных угроз экономической безопасности. В условиях экономического кризиса, нестабильной геополитической обстановки и санкций от зарубежных государств экономическая безопасность становится одним из важнейших национальных приоритетов. В силу федеративного государственного устройства России регионы играют важную роль в формировании экономической безопасности государства в целом. В связи, с чем необходимо своевременное выявление угроз, а также нахождение путей эффективного противодействия выявленным угрозам экономической безопасности региона. Представлены теоретические основы исследования проблем обеспечения финансовой безопасности и финансового суверенитета, их взаимосвязи и взаимообусловленности в условиях глобализации отношений в мировой экономике. Исследовано понятие и угрозы экономической безопасности страны и международной экономической безопасности. This study presents a business process model for economic security management at an industrial enterprise developed by the authors on the basis of the functional principle.Aim. The study aims to build a business process model for economic security management at an industrial enterprise using the information approach.Tasks. The authors examine the organizational and economic structure of an industrial enterprise and on its basis develop a business process model for economic security management at an industrial enterprise; analyze the functions and effects of economic security during the operation of an industrial enterprise.Methods. This study uses empirical methods and theoretical methods of formal and dialectical logic.Results. Analysis of scientific works on the assessment of the level of economic security shows that there is no consensus in this regard. In most cases, indicators used in the assessment of the level of economic security are not tested for reliability. Using unreliable information when making decisions on economic security management can lead to inefficiency.Conclusions. When assessing the level of economic security, it is necessary to test input information for reliability. A model of economic security is built to assess its level. The functions of each element in the model of economic security management are described, and the effects of implementation of these functions are determined.

The monograph discusses the main directions of the information approach to modeling the assessment of the effectiveness of economic security management of industrial enterprises of the Russian Federation. Methods of evolutionary-institutional theory, econometric modeling and analytical evaluation were used in the research. On the basis of application of the named methods the analysis of functions of subsystems of the enterprise is carried out. The morphological analysis of definitions "economic security" is carried out and on the basis of it author's clarifications of this definition are made. The monograph substantiates the need to take into account the quality of information in assessing the effectiveness of management as a whole enterprise and economic security of its activities. The paper analyzes the methods of digital economy and shows the place of use of these methods in the activities of industrial enterprises. On the basis of the analysis of functions of subsystems of the enterprise the scheme of information flows of each subsystem with use of IDEF0 notation is constructed. The scheme of information flows of each subsystem became the basis for the development of indicators of economic security management efficiency. The monograph is intended for managers and specialists of public administration and corporate management, researchers, postgraduates and students.
