The article presents the results of studies of the effectiveness of the use of the complex probiotic preparation Immunoflor in young hens of egg cross. In the course of the research work, it was found that the use of the probiotic preparation Immunoflor does not affect the clinical and physiological state of the body of young chickens, but at the same time reduces the incidence, mortality and increases the safety of the chickens by enriching and balancing the poultry diet, reducing the conversion feed, optimization of digestion, stimulation of the development of positive microflora in the gastrointestinal tract. The use of the complex probiotic preparation Immunoflor in the diet of young chickens at a dose of 15 g/t of water and 15 g/t of feed contributes to an increase in the number of erythrocytes, leukocytes and hemoglobin concentration, activation of cellular and humoral factors of nonspecific resistance of the body of chickens, providing a normal physiological state and homeostasis.
The paper presents the data of veterinary-sanitary assessment of the Lena sturgeon grown using the nutrient feed additive Akwa-Biot-Norm. It has been revealed that organoleptic characteristics of fish samples correspond to the benign products. The chemical composition of the muscle tissue of the experimental and control groups of fish was almost the same. The cadmium level in both fish groups was 0.007 mg/kg; the mercury level was 0.00019 mg/kg and 0.00018 mg/kg in the control and in the experimental group respectively, which does not exceed the maximum permissible concentrations. Microbiological studies of Lena sturgeon meat have shown that the number of mesophilic aerobic and facultative anaerobic microorganisms (NMAFAnM) in fish samples does not exceed the safety requirements and nutritional value of food products. Coliform bacteria (BGKP), Staphylococcus, Salmonella, and Listeria monocytogenes were not isolated from all selected samples (control and experimental). The results of the veterinary-sanitary assessment of the Lena sturgeon grown with the use of the nutrient feed additive Akwa-Biot-Norm indicate that the fish meets the requirements of the technical regulations of the Eurasian Economic Union “On the safety of fish and fish products” (EEU TR 040/2016) and is safe for the consumer.
Research work on an assessment of efficiency of biogenic Akwa-Biot-Norm feed additive developed by scientists is carried out. It is established that application to Lena sturgeon of biogenic feed additive on the basis of a polysaccharide complex of barmy cages Saccharomyces cerevisiae stimulated growth and development of fishes, promoted reliable increase in concentration of hemoglobin, both due to increase in quantity of erythrocytes, and due to increase of their functional activity that demonstrates activization of a gemopoez, increase in intensity of oxidationreduction processes and metabolism in general. Increase in absolute quantity of leukocytes, with the expressed increase in a share of lymphocytes and decrease in relative quantity of neutrophils, basophiles and eosinophils within physiological norms is revealed. These changes of leukocyte profile of Lena sturgeon testify to high extent of development of a cellular link of immunity. The amount of the general protein has increased in serum of blood of Lena sturgeon, which demonstrates activization of synthetic processes in organism of sturgeons and, as a result, increase the intensity of their growth. Significantly increased the value of such indicators of nonspecific resistance of organism of fishes as bactericidal activity of serum of blood for 4,0 %, phagocytic activity of neutrophils – for 5,5 % and concentration of proteolytic enzyme of lysozyme – for 142,9 % that demonstrates activization of cellular and humoral links of nonspecific resistance of an organism. The conducted researches are confirmed by efficiency of application of biogenic Akwa-Biot-Norm feed additive for stimulation of growth and prevention of incidence of fishes due to activization of nonspecific resistance of an organism in the conditions of ecological and technological pressure.
The feasibility of using Prevention-N-E, a newly developed and tested biological product, in comparison with the previously tested PS-6 preparation in the adaptive technology of keeping specialized beef cattle of imported breeding, had been scientifically substantiated and experimentally proved. Under the conditions of production tests, biopreparations PS-6 and Prevention-N-E stimulated the production of red blood cells and increased the hemoglobin concentration in the blood of bulls, that is, improved hematopoiesis; they caused physiological eosinophilia, moderate neutrophilopenia with a shift of the neutrophilic nucleus to the right and lymphocytosis; increased protein metabolism, mainly due to the synthesis of albumin and γ-globulin fractions; intensified nonspecific resistance of an organism. Against the background of the use of drugs in animals of the 1st and 2nd experimental groups, the incidence of the digestive and respiratory organs decreased by 1.4 and 2.3 times, the recovery time reduced by 3.36 and 4.88 days. accordingly, compared with the control (P <0.05). By the end of the growing period, the animals of the 1st and 2nd experimental groups exceeded in live weight control subjects by 6.6 and 9.2 kg, rearing by 10.4 and 14.8 kg, and fattening by 14.2 and 22.2 kg respectively (P <0.05-0.01). In the cuts of the carcasses of bulls of the 1st and 2nd experimental groups, there was a bigger amount of the highest grade flesh: in spin-breast - by 1.0 and 1.0 kg, in the lumbar - by 0.2 and 0.4 kg, and in the hip - by 2.3 and 4.2 kg (P <0.05-0.001), rather than in the control.
Growing fish in industrial conditions is accompanied by the pressure of various environmental factors on it. Any changes in the environment affect the physiological state and general resistance of the fish, resulting in reduced growth rates, resistance to adverse factors of different nature, and increased mortality. In such conditions, the issue of finding the means and methods of enhancing the protective functions of objects of breeding and cultivation is particularly relevant. Currently, the drugs that have pronounced biological activity are used to improve the functional state of the fish, as well as to increase the value of the artificial feed. In the conditions of the fish farm of LLC YUTAS of the Chuvash Republic, extensive production studies were conducted to assess the effectiveness of the use of nutrient feed additive Akwa-Biot-Norm to the Lena sturgeon, developed by scientists of the Chuvash State Agricultural Academy. Research results indicate that the use of nutrient feed additives in the technology of growing Lena sturgeon (Acipenser baeri, Brandt) has a positive effect on some fish-breeding indicators, such as growth rates and survival rates for fish, etc. Thus, the use of biogenic feed additives contributed to a significant increase in the overall weight gain of fish by 5.06% and safety by 2.6% for the period of the experiment (240 days). The results of hematological and immunological studies show a general improvement in the physiological state of the growing objects. The use of biogenic feed supplements had a positive effect on the number of erythrocytes and leukocytes, hemoglobin content, the ratio of lymphocytes and neutrophils and the concentration of total protein in blood serum. In fish, there was an increase in the level of hemoglobin in the blood, as well as an increase in the total protein content in the blood serum by 10.9% to the control indicator, which is a favorable prerequisite for optimizing metabolic processes and guaranteeing high nonspecific resistance. The application of nutrient feed additives has improved the resistance of fish to diseases associated with stress, such as saprolegnia. The conducted studies confirm the efficiency of application of nutrient feed additives Akwa-Biot-Norm for growth stimulation and disease prevention of fish due to the activation of nonspecific resistance of the organism in terms of the pressing environmental and technological stress factors.
