The article discusses approaches to assessing cause-effect relationships determining the causes of emergencies at the enterprise, including the identification of direct and indirect factors, the direction and intensity of emergencies at the enterprise using the methods (risk sessions) of hazard research. The article poses the classical problem of hazard identification based on methods (risk sessions) in a matrix format with subsequent decision-making based on identification results. The authors of the article provide justifications, conclusions and recommendations regarding the development and launch of measures to improve the efficiency and reliability of industrial safety systems at a hazardous production facility. The principal distinguishing feature of the research results are: the variability of the managerial decision on the corresponding challenge of the industrial safety system of a particular facility and the security of the region in which the subject operates; “Ideal” solution to the potential problem of loss of efficiency and reliability of industrial safety systems at a hazardous production facility.
In the process of reviewing and approving electricity and heat tariffs, a power supply organization goes through several stages, one of which is the approval of the calculation method. In this regard, the article presents the results of the comparative assessment of application of several methods of regulating electricity and heat tariffs: a method of economically feasible costs (expenses); a method of indexing established tariffs; a return on invested capital method; a method of comparing analogues; a simplified calculation method. The results of calculations are analyzed and clearly reflected.
In the context of a fall in consumer demand due to a decrease in cash incomes of the population, starting in 2013, a decline in business activity in the investment and construction market of Russia has been observed. The recession was noted even in regions that were previously the locomotives of the construction boom. In accordance with this, against the background of general stagnation of the economy, the only way out in this situation should be recognized as a way to improve the quality of products to maintain market share. According to experts, over the past ten years, the quality of traditional construction products manufactured by domestic manufacturers has significantly increased, but there remain problems of aging production technologies, the quality of raw materials, the low level of qualifications of specialists in the construction industry, etc. A varied approach to the choice of production technology for building products and building technology makes it possible to react flexibly to emerging environmental challenges and the deterioration of key indicators of business activity in the construction business in modern conditions of risk and uncertainty at macro and micro levels.
