Disability employees are still relatively few employed in he company. When disability employees have to work in tandem with normal employees, of course there will be a little different treatment from their normal coworkers. It will have a impact on psychological conditions especially on mental health and workplace well-being disability employee, both in internal and external factors. This study examined the effect of workplace well-being on mental health. The study was conducted at one company located in Garut, West Java. Total participants are 70 employee with disability (30 men and 40 women). The researcher used a workplace well-being Questionaire and General Health Questionare (QHG). Data were analyzed using simple regression analysis. The results showed that there was an effect of workplace well-being on mental health. It can be seen from the significance value of 0,000 less than 0.005.
Islamic mentoring in a senior high school in Bandung has not been thoroughly evaluated. Thus, the researchers conducted an evaluation of the mentoring program to see its effectiveness in enhancing religious commitment as the goal of carrying out these activities. This is an evaluative research with quantitative and qualitative approaches. The study sample consisted of 38 IRMa Luqman members. This study used a program evaluation scale and religious commitment scale, as well as interviews as supporting data. Descriptive percentage analysis and interviews are used to find out the results qualitatively, while the comparative analysis uses the paired sample t-test to find out the results quantitatively. Evaluation results show that mentoring activities have run quite effectively, also religious commitment of respondents increased significantly. Thus, it can be concluded that the islamic mentoring program is effective enough to increase religious commitment to IRMa Luqman members at SMAN 10 Bandung.
This research used non-experimental approach with correlational technique studying whether social competency correlated with self-esteem. Purposive sampling were taken from 343 students of grade X Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Kota Bandung. Data were collected using social competency scale and self-esteem scale. Result shows that there is significant correlation between social competency and self-esteem with cooficient correlation 0,565 at significancy level (0,000). High social competency produce highself-esteem whereas low social competency result low self-esteem.

Adults—in this article—were the subject and are seen as individuals that prepare themselves to step onto marriage life—which would then all fundamental aspects of marriage life and family business must be learned by adults so they can manage their family and marriage life.An ideal family was built upon consensus of vision and basis of knowledge and not just following emotional pressure and lust. Everything has its own way, either in techniques and strategies to implement all ideal theories in real life. A family which has clear vision and orientation of how to solve all family business can make an ideal roadmap regarding family education for its member; they would also can preserve and teach a meaningful moral values, social, tradition and religious values accordingly.
