It was studied the mechanism of wet purification of air from dust in innovative irrigated nozzle of regular structure made from porous plastic plates and equipped with triangular protrusions in airducts that are located across the stream for artificial turbulence. Functional link between the effi- ciency of air purification from dust and reduction of temperature in adiabatic humidification was drawn out.
The authors present the experimental results proving that in the real exploitation of a vehicle or a tractor self-exciting oscillations do not occur in friction pairs of friction clutch. This refers to friction clutches with asbestos, asbestos-free polymer and sintered powder friction pads.
The paper proposes the design of innovation water evaporative air cooler for the normalization of the thermal state of the tractor operator by the local supplying of air flow. To expand the market the device has two versions: voltage of 12 V DC , based on the use of a warm period in the cab of any size ; voltage of 220 V AC , based on the use of indoor stationary objects . It may be used either on the new tractor models or on the objects in use, with no coolers.
The article describes the design of regular structure flat-slit irrigated nozzles of porous plastic plates with hills with various nature of airflow in their channels. It is shown that the intensification of heat and mass transfer (turbulence due to the artificial movement of air in the channels) provides a significant reduction in the size of the nozzle when the desired effectiveness of lowering the temperature of the processed air and acceptable aerodynamic drag.
Designs of flat-slotted irrigated packings of regular structure made of cogged plates of cellular plastic with different air flow regimes in their channels are considered. It is shown that in case of intensification of heat and mass transfer by means of artificial turbulization of air flow in channels the significant reduction is provided in size of packing after reaching of required efficiency of air temperature reduction and acceptable aerodynamic resistance.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
