Study of theTemperature Dependence of the Dielectric Properties of LiTsOa by Raman Spectroscopy BY B. 8. uMAROV3) (a), J. F. vETELIN04) (a), N. 8. ABDULLAEV (b), and A. A. ANIKIEV (b) 653 Dedicated to Prof. Dr. Dr. h.c. Dr. E. h. P. GORLICH on the occasion of his 75th birthdayThe phonon spectra of the A,-type symmetry vibrations in LiTaO, are measured by Raman scattering techniques over a wide temperature range which include the phase transition point. These spectra are then analyzed using the Kramers-Kronig relations to obtain the temperature and frequency dependence of the static dielectric constant, cZZ, and the infrared (IR) reflection spectra. Good agreement is obtained with results of direct experimental measurement. scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
