The paper presents an analysis of the wood-based energy market in Russian Federation. There are highlighted a number of problems with the types of Wood Energy Sources identification in Russian classification for production and consuption. According to statistics, domestic consumption of WES in Russia does not develop as rapidly as its exports. The paper considers studies of the WES market development examples in some European countries. It is formulated a set of problems including in the area of domestic consumption of Wood Energy Sources Russian market development. T Analyses based on dynamics of the production volumes, trading and prices of the Russian wood pellets and briquettes as the main spicies of Wood Energy Sources The export prices and trading on wood pellets were analyzed according incoterms. The export volume of wood pellets by destination countries in 2016-2018 is compared. The supply volume of wood pellets by various types of transport is analyzed. The main problems and premises for the Wood Energy Sources market development in the Russian Federation, based on the study results, are formulated, and facility development actions are proposed.
The article deals with the pollution of ambient air with dust and carbon monoxide along the Volgograd highways. Time history of carbon oxide concentrations depending on the distance from the roadway curb at the wind speed of 2 m/s and different wind directions to the road, as well as the time history in PM10 concentration during the day in the air of the urban environment are shown. The article highlights the negative impact of road transport on the health of the urban population; a scheme of monitoring stations in Volgograd is shown.
