The systematical approach to homogeneous artifical neural nets (A") is developed. The study of ANN with lateral inhibition is nude rather carefully by using two parametric spatia2 coupling function. The investigation made allows to devide a space of parameters into regions with various dynamics structure behavior. Conclusions obtained are confirmed and illustrated by thrilling results of computer sinadations .
