The p r e s e n t paper d e s c r i b e s a p a r a l l e l computing system a r c h i t e c t u r e i n which t h e processors a c c e s s t o d a t a common f o r them i s combined with t h e read/ w r i t e o p e r a t i o n s fromiin t h e memory. This can b e achieved by t h e d i v i s i o n of t h e memory i n t o i n d i v idual modules c o n s t i t u t i n g t h e communication memory. Only d a t a which i s used by a t l e a s t two processors of t h e p a r a l l e l computing system i s w r i t t e n i n t h e memory. The communication memory o r g a n i z a t i o n h a s been s t u d i e d with view t o t h e accessed d a t a movement dur i n g t h e computations. Each processor i s capable of reading and w r i t i n g i n t h e memory of t h e o t h e r proc e s s o r s .
