Kuryltsiv R.M. Development of Land Administration System as the Basis of Effective Land Governance The conceptual features of the functioning of land administration systems abroad are explored, as well as first steps of its development in Ukraine. It is proved that an efficient land administration system will improve the efficiency of land governance and facilitate the transition from the concept of e-government to e-governance, which will enable to reduce the transaction costs of information search and improve decision-making.
