We studied the reporting and statistical documentation of the State Medical Institution "KSP No. 10" for the last 5 years (medical records, an advisory journal, laboratory tests, methods of treatment). 276 medical records were analyzed. The age of the patients ranged from 20 to 70 years. Among the treated patients, there were 104 men and 146 women. The analysis of the treatment of patients with diseases of the oral mucosa revealed that the structure of lesions of the oral mucosa is dominated by leukoplakia, decubital ulcer, glossalgia, lichen planus (CPL), chronic recurrent aphthous stomatitis (HRAS). Many patients associate the cause of glossalgia, CPL, and exfoliative cheilitis with stress and depression. The appointment of psychotherapeutic treatment in such patients led to positive dynamics and persistent remission.
1800 pre-made cone beam computed tomograms (CBCT) were examined, of which 202 CBCT were selected. It was revealed that a prevalence of three-rooted mandibular first molar was 2,5 %, second molars – 4,5 %. First molar supernumerary root was always distolingual root (radix entomolaris). Second molar supernumerary root was distolingual root in 2,5 % (radix entomolaris), in 2 % mesialbuccal root (radix paramolaris)., The prevalence of double-root in the mandibular first premolar was 2 %, in the second premolar was 1 %, in the mandibular canines was 5 %, the bifurcation was located in the apical and middle third root canals of canine and premolar, which makes endodontic treatment of such teeth as difficult as possible.
52 patients aged 26 to 54 years (39 women and 13 men) with hypersensitivity of the teeth were examined. Taking into account the individual approach to the examination of patients, the dental status was determined, etiological factors, body features, the presence of somatic pathology, clinical manifestations of hypersensitivity of the teeth were determined, with the determination of the degree, prevalence and intensity of hyperesthesia. The study made it possible to make a rational choice of treatment and prevention measures, taking into account individual General and local manifestations of this pathology.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
