Here we present the procedure and results of the electrode process research in electrochemical machining (ECM) by microsecond pulses of titanium and its alloys. These researches have allowed us to determine the conditions of the process localization increase and improvement of surface quality (reduction of surface roughness, pitting and hydrogenation of the surface stratum). The results of the experiments on checking of the conditions described above are presented.
