Sinonasal NK/T-cell lymphoma is rare. Diagnosis is based on immunophenotypic and molecular characteristics. It is an aggressive lymphoma, requiring multidisciplinary management. Prognosis is poor.
Isolated hydatid cyst of the neck is exceptional, but should be considered in the presence of any cystic mass of the neck in endemic regions. Ultrasound facilitates diagnostic and therapeutic procedures in order to ensure complete surgical resection. Prevention remains the essential treatment.
The Castleman disease (CD) is a rare disease of unknown etiology, characterized histologically by angiofollicular lymphoid hyperplasia. It comes in two forms, unicentric and multicentric. We report a case of Castleman disease in a 58 year old man, who had consulted for chronic cervical lymphadenopathy. La localisation isolée de la tuberculose au niveau de la glande parotide est extrêmement rare. Aucun élément clinique, radiologique et biologique ne permet d'affirmer le diagnostic. Nous rapportons deux cas survenus chez un patient âgé de 40 ans, et une femme de 35 ans immunocompétent, opérés pour une tuméfaction parotidienne et le diagnostic de tuberculose reposait sur l'examen histologique. La symptomatologie de la tuberculose de la glande parotide est polymorphe ce qui pose un problème diagnostic, Le diagnostic est surtout anatomopathologique et le traitement repose sur les antibacillaires.
