Gangguan muskuloskeletal adalah suatu gangguan yang terjadi pada sistem muskuloskeletal tubuh manusia. Keluhan muskuloskeletal cukup umum di antara petugas kesehatan yang dikaitkan dengan lama nya waktu kerja dan posisi kerja yang tidak nyaman. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lama dan posisi kerja terhadap keluhan muskuloskeletal pada petugas medis. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode scoping review berupa pencarian data beberapa artikel. Sampel berasal dari jurnal internasional yang berkaitan dengan pengaruh lama dan posisi tubuh terhadap keluhan muskuloskeletal pada petugas medis. Database yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah PubMed, Science Direct, Springer Link, dan Google Scholar, dengan jumlah jurnal yang didapat sebanyak 1.812 artikel. Hasil skrining pada artikel sesuai dengan kriteria inklusi sebanyak 853 artikel. Artikel yang lulus PICOS sebanyak 13 artikel. Hasil scoping review dari ke-13 artikel menunjukkan bahwa lama kerja dan posisi saat bekerja memiliki kontribusi terhadap timbulnya keluhan muskuloskeletal dan keluhan muskuloskeletal dapat mengenai beberapa bagian tubuh. Simpulan penelitian ini adalah lama kerja dan posisi kerja memiliki pengaruh terhadap keluhan muskuloskeletal pada petugas medis dan bagian tubuh yang sering mengalami keluhan muskuloskeletal adalah punggung atas, leher, dan bahu. Musculoskeletal complaints are quite common among healthcare workers often associated with long working hours and uncomfortable work positions. This study aims to determine the effect of length and work position on musculoskeletal complaints in medical personnel. The research was conducted using the scoping review method in the form of searching data from several articles. Samples come from international journals related to the influence of body length and position on musculoskeletal complaints in medical personnel. The databases used in this study were PubMed, Science Direct, Springer Link, and Google Scholar, with a total of 1,812 articles. Screening results on articles by the inclusion criteria were 853 articles. Articles that passed PICOS were 13 articles. The result of the scoping review of the 13 articles shows that the length of work and the position at work contributed to the incidence of musculoskeletal complaints, can affect several parts of the body. This study concludes that the length of work and work position have an influence on musculoskeletal complaints in medical personnel, and the parts of the body that often experience musculoskeletal complaints are the upper back, neck, and shoulders.
