A doctrinal model of state financial security management in the context of globalization changes has been developed. The model is formed at five levels (doctrinal, conceptual, strategic, programmatic, planned), contains a logical continuum of mission, priorities in the financial sector and the level of technological innovation, influencing factors and a system of actions aimed at achieving goals. This model accumulates a set of solutions aimed at adapting to transformational processes in the economy associated with new needs of states, globalization processes in the world financial space, technology development, new challenges and threats. As a result of the study, forecasting is carried out and the effectiveness of the results of modifying approaches to managing the financial security of the state using a polynomial algorithm for extrapolating the parameters of stochastic systems is proved. A polynomial correlation-regression model is presented, the input data of which were specific indicators of the effectiveness of innovative development of the state, perception of corruption and debt dependence. In fact, this is a set of those indicators at which the strategic directions of strengthening the financial security of the state are directed in the context of globalization changes. The generalized values of the state of financial security of the state, determined on the basis of the developed polynomial correlation-regression model, are obtained, as well as the absolute and relative amounts of error indicate the accuracy of the forecasts obtained. So, the mean level of error is 0.005 %, which means that the totality of these indicators can characterize the state of financial security of the state. Abstract. Introduction. Globalization creates the preconditions for strengthening the integration policy of Ukraine in the agro-industrial sphere (AIS) and establishing cooperation with foreign countries. Research of the global business environment and identification of major trends in transformation processes is particularly relevant given a number of issues. First, it is impossible not to pay attention to the impact of reengineering on international business processes. Secondly, the study of the US experience with the implementation of clusters in agriculture will allow us to identify additional ways for their implementation in the agroindustrial complex of Ukraine. At the same time, this experience will be useful for improving the general business climate in Ukraine. Purpose. The aim of the article is the analysis of the main transformation processes of the global business environment and identification of prospects for the implementation of US experience in the field of agriculture in Ukraine; study of transformational trends in the global business environment in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic; research of the concept of reengineering as an innovative method of business process management; analysis of the US experience in using the cluster approach in agricultural development. Results. Ukraine seeks to become a worthy player in world markets for agricultural products. Balanced agricultural management is a prerequisite for saturating domestic demand for quality food and expanding Ukraine's niche in world agriculture. Conclusions. The best basis for these purposes is the proven use of US experience in the cluster approach to agricultural development. It is advisable to coordinate and control agricultural results within the clusters of strong, medium and weak agricultural production. The obtained macroeconomic conclusions would be useful for substantiation of state programs of agricultural development.

Introduction. An important feature of wealth is the use of economic resources necessary for organization and support of human existence. Thus, the study of structural changes in the national wealth of the country becomes urgent because of the need to introduce priority directions of preservation of the resource base, ensuring the efficiency of use, which will promote the growth of macroeconomic stability. Purpose. The purpose of the study is to substantiate the essence of the concept of "the national wealth", generalization of processes and phenomena that have an impact on the macroeconomic stabil ity of the state, taking into account the national wealth, its quantitative composition and qualitative content. Particularly relevant issue is the growing need to level the negative impact of globalization factors on the socioeconomic development of the world states, the preservation of ecosystems. Results. The article substantiates the essence of the concept of "the national wealth" and generalizes the processes and phenomena that have an impact on the macroeconomic growth of the state, taking into account national wealth, its quantitative composition and qualitative content. It was investigated that the national wealth of the state is a set of components that provide opportunities for the development of the branches of the economy and the social sphere, support and guarantee national interests in view of the need to form a security environment, preserve the territorial integrity and mentality, the cultural heritage of the nation. The urgency of introducing measures to preserve the national wealth of the state is confirmed by the influence of globalization factors, the need to increase the competitive position in the global market. Conclusion. It is stipulated that state policy should be aimed at systematic implementation of the complex of actions that guarantee the national interests, preserve, increase the national wealth, and provide a safe economic and ecological space. The practical implementation of measures is to comply with social and ecological responsibility, fulfillmen t of duties by all market participants; growth of stability of development of market subjects, increase of competitive advantages; ensuring the development of territories, including through the intensification of the decentralization process; ensuring protection of the interests of citizens, preserving the traditions, mentality of the nation. Such an approach will guarantee the national security of the state, society through increased macroeconomic stability, economic stability.
