CASE: 45 year old female presenting with pain in the hip joint. Radiology of the hip joint revealed a huge mass arising from the iliac bone infiltrating the surrounding soft tissue. Opinion of tumor arising from bone? Chondrosarcoma was made. Patient underwent hemipelvictomy. Gross specimen showed a huge mass arising from the iliac bone. 60 year old male presented with an ulceroproliferative growth over wrist joint of right hand with history of rapid increase in size of swelling.Radiology of the lesion did not reveal infiltration of the underlying bone. 57 year old female with history of headache and seizures for 3 months. Radiology revealed intraventricular ICSOL. This patient had history of hemithyroidectomy 10 years back and that was reported as follicular adenoma. Crush Biopsy received was reported as metastatic deposits of neuroendocrine carcinoma. A 70 year old male presented with chief complaints of upper abdominal distension. Radiological and endoscopic evaluation revealed an ulceroinfiltrative growth in the upper part of the stomach. Intraoperatively an ulceroinfiltrative growth was noted in the stomach and gastrectomy was done. On gross appearance an ulceroinfiltrative growth was noted in the proximal stomach, measuring 2x1 cm. On cut section, growth was grey-white in colour and tumour infiltration was seen into the muscularis propria. JMS 2013;16(2):100
