Nursing services greatly determine the quality of hospital services, but the services provided by nurses are still often complained of by the community. The highlight of nurse performance is a problem that must be addressed immediately. Performance in this case is closely related to how much workload, work stress and nurse motivation work in providing health services. Job stress is a common health problem and is often complained of by workers in various countries. The study design used quantitative analytical surveys with crossectional designs. The population of all nurses working in the Inpatient Room at Datu Beru Takengon Hospital was 304 people. The sampling technique uses Proportional Random Sampling. Data analysis was performed by univariate, bivariate and multivariate analysis with chi_square. The results obtained p-value = 0,000, 0,003, 0,000 <α 0,05, meaning that there is an influence between work stress, workload and job satisfaction on nurse performance, from the results of multivariate analysis found that the most influential variables in this study are load variables work with an Exp B value of 22.121 which means the workload is 22 times influencing the performance of nurses. Conclusions there is a relationship between work stress, workload and job satisfaction on nurse performance while multivariate analysis shows that the most dominant factor is the workload variable on nurse performance. It is recommended for nurses to use time more effectively in completing tasks that are burdened so that there is no accumulation of work so that it can be completed on time.

Keywords : Job Stress, Workload and Job Satisfaction, Nurse Performance
Background: To identify the effect of physical exercise on depression, anxiety, and fatigue in cervical cancer patients. Methods: A quasi-experimental study ith a pretest-posttest with control group design was used. 30 respondents were selected using purposive sampling. The data were gathered by a focus group discussion. The Piper Fatigue Scale (PFS) was used to measure fatigue levels. Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale (HADS) were used to measure anxiety and depression level. Paired t-test was used for data analysis. Results: There was a significant difference between depression level after physical exercise with t=3.552 (p<0.05). There was a significant difference between anxiety level after physical exercise with t=11.297 (p<0.05). There was a significant difference between fatigue level after physical exercise with t=17.457 (p<0.05). Conclusion: Physical exercise reduces anxiety, depression, and fatigue in patients with cervical cancer that will improve the quality of life of patients.
HIV/AIDS in adolescents cannot be separated from globalization development, which causes their current social changes and negative lifestyle such as pre-marriage sex, keeping on changing sex partners, and drug abuse. Promotional action should be done to prevent from HIV/ASIDS in adolescents by using leaflet and audio-visual media, which provide information and education about the danger of HIV/AIDS so that they will have good knowledge and positive attitude. The research problem was how about the influence of promotion media using leaflets and audio-visual on adolescents' knowledge and attitude, The objective of the research was to analyze the influence of promotion media using leaflets and audio-visual on adolescents' knowledge and attitude toward the danger of HIV/AIDS at SMK Swasta Imelda, Medan. Using the Wilcoxon test tested the hypothesis. The result of the research showed that there was significant influence of leaflet and audio-visual media (p<0.05) on adolescents' knowledge and attitude in the post intervention. The conclusion was that leaflet and audio-visual media were more effective in increasing adolescents' knowledge and attitude toward the danger of HIV/AIDS. It is recommended that parents control democratically their children at home or outside their homes. The school management should increase the cooperation with parents in order to increase students' academic development, and the health care providers in the neighborhood should increase health education program. Background: Exclusive breastfeeding means that the infant receives only breast milk. No other liquids or solids are given -not even water -with the exception of oral rehydration solution, or drops/syrups of vitamins, minerals or medicines.WHO reported that nearly 90% of the under-five deaths occurred in developing countries and more than 40% of the deaths were due to diarrhea and acute respiratory infections. These diseases can be prevented by exclusive breastfeeding. This study aimed to examine the association between maternal knowledge, family support and exclusive breastfeeding in SiborongBorong Community Health Center, North Tapanuli, North Sumatera. Subjects and Method: This was an analytic observational study with a cross-sectional design. The study was conducted at Siborongborong community health center, North Tapanuli, North Sumatera. A sample of 97 mothers who had children aged 6-12 months were selected for this study by proportional random sampling. The dependent variable was exclusive breastfeeding. The independent variables were maternal knowledge and family support. The data were analyzed by simple logistic regression. Results: Exclusive breastfeeding was associated with maternal knowledge (OR=11.40; p= 0.001) and family support (OR= 9.30; p= 0.001). Conclusion:Exclusive breastfeeding is associated with maternal knowledge and family support.
