Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana cara meningkatkan hasil belajar PKn di kelas IV SD Al Ihsan Jakarta Barat melalui Model Think Pair Share (TPS) berbantuan media audio visual. Penelitian ini menggunkan studi kualitatif dengan jenis Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada semester ganjil tahun pelajaran 2019/2020 dengan dua siklus. Setiap satu siklus ada dua pertemuan. Prosedur pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Observasi, Wawancara dan Tes. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis reduksi data, deskripsi data, dan verifikasi data. Subjek pada penelitian ini adalah 23 peserta didik yang terdiri dari 12 peserta didik laki-laki dan 11 peserta didik perempuan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pembelajaran menggunakan model pembelajaran TPS berbantuan media audio visual dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik. Peningkatan hasil belajar peserta didik pada siklus I rata-rata mencapai nilai 72,17, dan siklus 2 rata-rata nilai meningkat menjadi 81,09. Sehingga kesimpulan penelitian adalah: hasil belajar peserta didik pada materi keberagaman suku bangsa, sosial dan budaya di Indonesia kelas IV meningkat dengan diterapkan model pembelejaran TPS menggunakan media Audio Visual.
Basic education is undertaken when students are in a period of great potential to be influenced, both positively and negatively. the situation that occurred in SD Negeri Karet Kuningan 01 Pagi, students still have difficulty understanding abstract mathematics material, the lack of teacher knowledge about effective learning methods causes less innovative learning. This phenomenon shows that the teacher's need for a good understanding of mathematics learning methods is an absolute must. The problem that occurred at SD Negeri Karet Kuningan 01 Pagi is the background for the service being carried out. This activity aims to provide knowledge and determine appropriate learning methods for learning mathematics in elementary schools. This PKM is carried out in the form of training, the presentation material in this service activity, namely: (1) Concept of learning methods in accordance with the characteristics of Mathematics subjects (2) Preparation of lesson plans (RPP) with appropriate learning methods (3) Simulation of implementing methods cooperative learning in learning, and (4) assessment of learning using learning methods. Conclusion of this service. Participants are able to carry out learning using the mathematics learning method, the enthusiasm of the participants is high in participating in this training because the material offered is very suitable for their needs as elementary school teachers. Appropriate learning methods can improve the quality of learning, as well as stimulate the ability to work together and a sense of responsibility for elementary students.
This study aims to analyze personality, job satisfaction and the influence of personality on job satisfaction of employees of PT Surya Windu Pertiwi Serdang Bedagai. Respondents in this study were employees of PT Surya Windu Pertiwi Serdang Bedagai consisting of 43 respondents. The data analysis method used is descriptive statistics and simple regression. The results of the test show that the personality of openees to experience is a prominent personality of the employees of PT Surya Windu Pertiwi Serdang Bedagai with an average score of 3.8889. Meanwhile, the average value of descriptive statistics for the job satisfaction variable was 3.1457, indicating that the employees of PT Surya Windu Pertiwi Serdang Bedagai still did not have good job satisfaction. The results of the analysis show that personality does not have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction of employees with a P-value of 0.382 greater than 0.05. The managerial implication that can be given is that companies need to consider the factors of employee personality, especially when recruiting employees. Companies also need to consider aspects of job satisfaction, especially in terms of good salaries
Mengacu kepada berbagai peraturan perundang- undangan yang berlaku sebagaimana dinyatakan dalam strategi implementasi pendidikan karakter bangsa di SMA. Sekolah memang menjadi tempat dan wadah bagi para siswa untuk terus mengembangkan diri dari berbagai sisi. Adanya penerapan pendidikan karakter di sekolah tentunya juga akan mempengaruhi pribadi setiap siswa dalam bersikap, mengambil keputusan serta memiliki karakter yang sesuai dengan ajaran yang berlaku. Penerapan pendidikan karakter berbasis agama tentunya akan sangat penting untuk diberikan bagi para siswa, proses ini melibatkan kerjasama seluruh warga sekolah. Pada dasarnya banyak sekolah yang menerapkan pendidikan berkarakter pada setiap pelajarannya dengan melalui pendekatan, namun pelaksanaannya belum maksimal sehingga belum diketahui tingkat keberhasilannya. Berdasarkan pemaparan diatas, penulis berusaha menulis dan menjelaskan tentang nilai-nilai karakter bangsa dalam pembelajaran pendidikan kewarganegaraan karena pendidikan kewarganegaraan salah satu pelajaran berisi tentang nilai-nilai yang sesuai dengan pancasila sehingga dapat menjadi acuan dalam menerapkan pendidikan berkarakter.
Teacher work productivity is a determining factor for the success of education quality, because teachers face directly with students in providing guidance that will produce professional graduates. The purpose of this study was to examine the direct effect of group cohesiveness, job satisfaction and absenteeism on the work productivity of vocational high school teachers. This research was conducted in Bekasi, Indonesia. This study uses a survey method with the path analysis approach. Data collection by distributing questionnaires as many as 104 teachers with simple random sampling technique with Slovin formula. Based on the results of testing the hypothesis in this study it was concluded that:(1) group cohesivenesshas a positive direct effect on teacher work productivity; (2) job satisfaction has a positive direct effect on teacher work productivity; (3) absenteeism has a direct negative effect on work productivity; (4) group cohesiveness has a direct negative effect on absence; and (5) job satisfaction has a direct negative effect on absence;(6) group cohesivenesshas a positive direct effect on job satisfaction. Abstrak Produktivitas kerja guru merupakan faktor penentu keberhasilan mutu pendidikan, sebab guru bersinggungan langsung dengan peserta didik dalam memberikan bimbingan yang muaranya akan menghasilkan lulusan profesional. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh langsung kepuasan kerja dan kemangkiran terhadap produktivitas kerja guru SMK.Penelitian ini dilakukan di Bekasi, Indonesia.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan pendekatan path analysis.Pengumpulan data dengan menyebarkan kuesioner sebanyak 104 guru dengan teknik simple random sampling menggunakan rumus slovin. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis dalam penelitian ini disimpulkan bahwa: (1) kohesivitas kelompok berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap produktivitas kerja guru;(2) kepuasan kerja berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap produktivitas kerja guru; (3) kemangkiran (absenteeism) berpengaruh langsung negatif terhadap produktivitas kerja; (4) kohesivitas kelompokberpengaruh langsung negatif terhadap kemangkiran (absenteeism); dan (5) kepuasan kerja berpengaruh langsung negatif terhadap kemangkiran (absenteeism); (6) kohesivitas kelompok berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap kepuasan kerja.
