Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, pengawasan pembelajaran tahfidz untuk meningkatkan mutu siswa serta mengetahui kendala-kendala yang dihadapi dalam proses pembelajaran tahfidz Al-Qur’an agar dapat mengetahui upaya-upaya yang dilakukan dalam mengatasi kendala-kendala tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui metoda deskriptif analitik serta menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen pembelajaran tahfidz sudah dibuat berdasarkan pengelolaan sebagaimana fungsi manajemen yang dilaksanakan melalui langkah perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan dan pengawasan yang di dalamnya terdapat proses penilaian namun masih terdapat pengelolaan yang belum seluruhnya terlaksana secara optimal, diantaranya pada perencanaan, walaupun sudah dibuatkan perencanaan terlebih dahulu, namun belum seluruh SMA swasta di Bandung lengkap dalam membuat perangkat pembelajaran mulai dari silabus, prota, promes, RPP sampai evaluasi pembelajaran, serta penghitungan waktu efektif jam tatap muka yang disesuaikan dengan kalender pendidikan. Dalam pengorganisasian menggunakan struktur organisasi, belum dibuatkan struktur organisasi khusus program pembelajaran tahfidz secara tersendiri. Namun sudah terlaksana sesuai tugas pokok dan fungsi masing-masing dalam proses belajar mengajar (PBM).
The purpose of this research is to properly resolve conflicts or problems in education through conflict management. The method used is field research (field study), namely research whose object is about symptoms or events that occur in educational institutions. The results of the study show that through conflict management, humans or a leader can face various conflicts over disputes between themselves and other people or their subordinates. Departing from these problems, this study aims to describe conflict management in education in terms of religion, philosophy, psychology and sociology. Pendidikan merupakan sesuatu yang harus dijalankan sesuai dengan visi misi dari sebuah Lembaga Pendidikan yang juga disesuaikan dengan visi Pendidikan nasional. Pendidikan yang berkualitas akan terwujud apabila Lembaga Pendidikan tersebut memiliki visi dan misi yang jelas dan terarah. Visi Pendidikan yang akan dibahas dalam kajian ini adalah visi Pendidikan berbasis agama, filsafat, psikologi dan sosiologi menggunakan metode pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif analisis berdasarkan kajian literatur atau riset kepustakaan (library research). Hasil penelitian ini memberikan gambaran bahwa pendidikan berbasis agama, filsafat, psikologi dan sosiologi dapat mewujudkan sistem pendidikan sebagai pranata sosial yang kuat dan berwibawa agar bisa memberdayakan semua warga negara Indonesia untuk berkembang menjadi manusia yang berkualitas sehingga mampu dan proaktif menjawab tantangan zaman yang selalu berubah.
This research is motivated by the thought of developing character education, especially in the world of education as a strategic step for the sustainability and excellence of the nation in the future. The world of education is a world that is expected to shape the character of the young generation of the Indonesian nation, considering that character education is the main priority in the educational goals of the current government. In accordance with the reference to President Joko Widodo's vision, namely carrying out a "Mental Revolution" through the policies contained in the Presidential Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia No. 87 of 2017 concerning Strengthening Character Education. However, some student phenomena are found, for example not doing homework, cheating, skipping school without permission, or being indifferent to cleanliness in the school environment, fights between students, bullying, brawl and lazy to study. It is hoped that with character education programs in madrasas based on Islamic boarding schools, students can participate in character education planting activities, one of which is activities in Islamic boarding schools. This study aims to determine and analyze: (1) Planning, (2) Organizing, (3) Implementation, (4) Evaluation, (5) Character education results, (6) Barriers and carrying capacity, (7) Solutions to overcome obstacles. There are three foundations in this research, covering theological, philosophical and six value systems. The theory that underlies this research is management theory and quality theory. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data was collected by using triangulation techniques using interviews, document studies, and field observations. With the research subject, the head of the boarding school, the head of the madrasa, teachers and students. Data analysis was carried out through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. As for the conclusions of the research results, in general, the management of character education in the development of noble character, students of the Boarding School program at Madrasas at Al-Jawahir Islamic Boarding School and Al-Ihsan Islamic Boarding School, are oriented to the vision, mission and goals that must be realized at a certain time through analysis. resources owned by the school, both human resources and other resources, so that the achievement of school goals can be realized.
This research was motivated by two facts in the field, namely: a) the data of job seekers who made the Kartu Kuning (Job Seeker Card) to Sukabumi City and Regional Office of Manpower and Transmigration reached 3,000 to 5,000 people; b) Unemployment rate in 2017 based on data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) in Sukabumi Regency reached 7.66% and Sukabumi City 8.00%. The purpose of this study is to describe the implementation of entrepreneurship education management and to uncover the success of the Al-Fath Sukabumi Islamic Boarding School in educating students to become entrepreneurs who have a vision of Islamic economics. Research procedures include pre-field activities, fieldwork, and data analysis. Data collection techniques consist of interviews, observation, and documentation study. The results of this study found that the application of entrepreneurship education management implemented in an integrated and comprehensive manner through the Lecture, Santri program, while Continuing Work Outsourcing (KSB2Osc). Based on these results, the conclusion of this study is that the Dzikir Al-Fath Sukabumi Islamic boarding school has succeeded in producing entrepreneurs who have a vision of Islamic economics. The success of the Dzikir Al-Fath Sukabumi Islamic Boarding School had an impact on the making the welfare of the people to be better. In accordance with the results of the study, the recommendations of this study are, first, other boarding schools can implement entrepreneurship education management so that more and more entrepreneurs have a vision of Islamic economics. Second, in relation with the development of E-Commerce, the Dzikir Al-Fath Islamic Boarding School has not reached development up to that point. This means that, in the future, E-Commerce must be part of the curriculum.
