The Bromo TenggerSemeru area is a strategic area for national and world tours with natural and cultural potential. Sustainable tourism management is needed so that it area becomes a destination that has been beneficial to the community for a long time to make the area a sustainable tourist attraction; stakeholders and local communities need to be prepared. This study aims to examine the sustainable tourism management model with qualitative and quantitative research methods with descriptive analysis to identify and explore the socio-cultural aspects of society, the environment, economic growth, tourist satisfaction, and community welfare. This study resulted in findings in the form of a sustainable tourism management model in the new normal era as the primary goal of the National Tourism Development pattern based on natural and cultural beauty with the central pillars being environmental conservation, cultural preservation, tourist satisfaction, a healthy economy, and community welfare. Tourism must be able to coexist with other sectors to minimize the impact of the inherent vulnerability in tourism, tourism stakeholders need to change the tourist target market and type of tourism in order to adapt to the (post) pandemic situation.
This research aims to analyze the sustainable tourism development implementation in Bromo-Tengger -Semeru (BTS) national park based on Elkington’s Triple Bottom Line and Muller’s sustainability pentagon. This is an exploratory research where methodology was flexible and aims to investigate the nature of the problem in order to get its better understanding. Qualitative data was analyzed using descriptive qualitative analysis. Quantitative data was analyzed using descriptive statistic analysis. Qualitative and quantitative approach is adoptive in this research. Data is collected through observation, in-depth interviews, documentation and questionnaire. This research concludes that tourism brings a lot of positive impact for the people around the BTS area especially in the social, local culture aspect and the well-being of the people. In the social and local culture aspect, the local wisdom working together (gotong royong) and helping each other as part of the community is increasing. On the other hand, negative impact can be seen in the environment. This research is original as it offers bird eye view of sustainable tourism development analysis based on Elkington’s Triple Bottom Line and Muller's Sustainability Pentagon.
This study discusses how accessibility and amenities factors have an influence on visitor loyalty in the scope of tourism. The purpose of this study was to find out how much influence the level of accessibility and amenities has on visitor loyalty mediated by customer satisfaction. The population and sample in this study are visitors of Jawa Timur Park 3 on February 3, 2023 who visit drive a private car as many as 86 respondents. This study was designed using a causality research design with a quantitative approach where in this research the process begins with the preparation of a theoretical model and analysis as a basis for submitting hypotheses, then proceed with the preparation of operational concepts, to obtain a conclusion as a research finding. Data collection in this study was carried out by interviewing all respondents. The result of this study is that accessibility and amenities have an effect on customer satisfaction, accessibility and amenities have a significant effect on visitor loyalty, customer satisfaction has a significant effect on visitor loyalty, accessibility and amenities have a significant effect on visitor loyalty through customer satisfaction.
