Mitra pengabdian PPDM (Program Pengembangan Desa Mitra) ini adalah Tempuran Banyu Kencono dan Kebun Gizi Mandiri yang berlokasi di Desa Pleret Kabupaten Bantul. Mitra 1 merupakan kawasan wisata ditepian sungai (tempuran) dua buah kali (Opak dan Gajah Wong). Sedangkan Mitra 2 merupakan kelompok penggerak PKK sadar gizi. Tujuan kegiatan tahun pertama adalah mengatasi permasalahan kedua mitra yang meliputi Aspek manajemen, promosi, SDM, teknik budidaya dan irisgasi, penanganan pasca panen dan diversifikasi tanaman. Metode pelaksaan melalui pendekatan model participatory rural appraisal, participatory tecnology development, community development, persuasif dan edukatif. Capaian hasil tahun pertama antara lain, (1) terbentuk tim pengelola dan dresscode, (2) tersusun siteplan, (3) tersedia fasilitas playground, (4) tersedia fasilitas budidaya, (5) tersedia fasilitas wisata air dan spot foto, (6) terselenggara event rutin dan insidental, (7) tersedia fasilitas sekretariat, tempat ibadah dan tempat istirahat (gazebo), serta (8) publikasi media cetak dan elektronik (web dan media sosial).
This study aims to analyze the influence of dimensions at transformational leadership style on employees’ innovative behavior and UMKM performance engaged in creative industries in Kraton District of Yogyakarta. The study was conducted on UMKM included in the creative industries in Kraton District of Yogyakarta. This research is a quantitative research in which the data analysis refers more to numbers that will be analyzed by statistical analysis. The data was collected through questionnaires and documentation. The research used validity and reliability testing for the test research instruments. the data analysis used are descriptive analysis, inferential analysis (multiple linear regression and simple linear regression), coefficient determination test (R2) and significance test of individual parameters (t test). The results show that 1) the dimensions of idealized influence affect innovative behavior. 2) The dimensions of inspirational motivation affect innovative behavior. 3) The dimensions of intellectual stimulation affect innovative behavior. 4) Individual consideration dimensions affect individual innovative behavior. 5) The dimensions of idealized influence affect the UMKM performance . 6) The dimensions of inspirational motivation affect the UMKM performance. 7) The dimensions of intellectual stimulation affect the UMKM performance . 8) The individual consideration dimensions affect theUMKM performance . 9) There are simultaneously effects of dimension influence, idealized influence, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, and individual consideration on innovative behavior. 10) There are simultaneously effects of dimension influence, idealized influence, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, and individual consideration on the UMKM performance . 11) The employees’ innovative behaviors affect the UMKM performance.
Creative industries including its subsector handicraft, is very potential to be developed, because Indonesia is rich in culture heritage. Creative industries is largely related to a group of micro , small and medium enterprises which are mostly located in rural areas . Industry has entered the era of globalization which is rapidly developed, so that the role of UKM (small&medium enterprises) in handicraft as a part of the creative industries to achieve welfare society should be developed. The appropriate strategic planning will spur the development of this industry. Mendong craft is one of the creative industry subsector that exists in Sleman. Methods of analysis is using value chain and SWOT analysis. From the data, it is found that mendong craft is a cultured asset that deserve to be developed. Mendong, as the material for the weaved craft is an abundant local natural asset, but a lack of interest from the local community to develop this industry brings less quantity of product that is produced. This craft is still less touched so that it has limitation in creation/ design, production,commerlialization, and distribution. The reality is that the entrepreneurs are afraid to enter the global marked caused by anxiousness about the inability to fulfill demanded quantity.
In this study, the population was an employee in the Personnel and Finance Sub-Department of the Yogyakarta Provincial Agriculture Office of 30 people. The entire population is also sampled. The data retrieval method uses questionnaires and questionnaire assessments using the Likert scale. The analysis was carried out using multiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing. Multiple regression analysis in this study was Y = 1,284 + 0.714 x1 + 0.241 x2 + 0.269 x3. Based on the T test calculation is as follows: The influence of compensation shows a number of 2.149 and the significance level of 0.037, which means compensation significantly influences employee job satisfaction. The effect of workload shows t count of 0.870 and the significance level of 0.392, which means the workload has no effect on employee job satisfaction. The effect of work motivation shows t count of 2.149 and significance of 0.041, which means work motivation significantly influences employee satisfaction. Based on the F test calculation is as follows: the effect of compensation, workload and work motivation on employee job satisfaction shows f count of 4.545 and the significance level of 0.011, which means that compensation, workload and work motivation together have an effect on employee job satisfaction In the Personnel and Finance Sub-Department of the Provincial Agriculture Service of the Special Region of Yogyakarta. Two factors that affect consumer satisfaction include personal and situational factors, such as consumer behavior while exploring the tourist attraction. Bad behavior exhibited by some consumers, if not handled properly, will affect consumer satisfaction because the other visitors feel disturbed. Hence, the tourist attraction manager needs to give education to their visitors. This study analyzed the implementation of consumer education in the service system, including input, process, and output. This study was conducted at Ledok Sambi Tourist Village, Sleman Regency, where the managers and staff of this tourist village are the subjects of this particular research. This study also measured the visitors’ perception of the service system applied in such tourist attractions Data collecting methods were in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. This study was a case study, where the scope of the study focused only but comprehensively on one case, namely consumer education. The analysis applied was a descriptive approach with an interactive model, where this approach was used to interpret, deduct the conclusion, and validate data using a triangulation model. The study results showed that giving education to the visitors in the service system will help boost consumer satisfaction as expected. The visitors can follow the applicable rules and regulations, where they voluntarily follow the rules and disciplines and are aware to preserve environmental sustainability. Hence, all visitors can enjoy clean, fresh, and comfortable natural tourist destinations. The managers of Ledok Sambi Tourist Village implement consumer education to the tourists by optimizing the tourism competence of all staff, improving available resources, and cooperating with some waste management vendors. The education model given to the visitors includes raising their awareness of cleanliness, rules, and environmental sustainability. Meanwhile, the expected output of this education includes disciplined behaviors and a caring attitude for the environment during their visit to Ledok Sambi.
